The accommodations were adequate but the front desk staff and cafeteria staff have no patience for anything and are less than helpful, front desk gentleman would be considered rude by any guest. If they consider this a business hotel, and we were there on business, they should really - at a minimum - make someone feel welcome!
I think it has changed management in recent years but it has not yet been recensified!! I will do it: Located in a strategic position for anyone who wants to visit a monk or go to the octoberfest outside ****** in a very quiet, but above all very comfortable area also because behind the metro station that brings you In a few minutes at Merien Platz or at the square of the Oktoberfest furniture spartan but functional newly renovated room, I think. nice staff but some more languages could speak the price to be a monk in full Oktoberfest and equosolidale very interesting possibility of car park with few money recommended
I stayed at this hotel with my boyfriend at the end of July. The location is not central but we were there for a wedding in Freiham and the location was perfect for that. We didn't have breakfast so we can't judge the food. The hotel and the room are modern and clean. I recommend that couples get two room cards because only with a card can you access the respective floor. I have to deduct 2 stars because I forgot my expensive ghd straightener in the hotel and despite reporting it the same day, it was apparently no longer found... I would have expected more professionalism from a 4 star hotel here.

Hotel in the outskirts of Monaco in the new pasing district well served by means of the city center. Big room, it's a pity that being a nn3 star S has no small refrigerator inside and, as often happens in Germany, has a ground moquette that is terrible. Small but complete bathroom. Cleaning enough. It might be better. The reception staff is present but is limited to a few information and not complete. Discrete salad breakfast, sweet insufficient only mini croissant gommes. Excellent bread and marmelade of lampons.
Köberl is basic. It's a no-frills hotel tucked away in a backyard, surrouned by garages and lots for used car sales. On the positive side: it's easy to reach from Neuaubing S-bahn station (ca 10 mins on foot) and the S-bahn takes you to central Munich smoothly. The room I was in had a bed, a cupboard, a shower, a TV, a table and a chair (I was travelling solo, hence only one chair). Toilets are shared in the communal hall. The bed was comfortable and the room really had everything I needed. The staff was cheerful and greeted me well and the place was clean and generally well-kept, albeit a bit worn. The wifi worked fine. On the downside, the place could do with some TLC and general renovations. The noise from the hall was annoying. There was no way to come in or leave your room without the whole corridor hearing the bangs from the closing doors or the loud, echoing locks. There was a fridge in my room, but it wasn't plugged in and just generally gave the impression that it had been dumped there. Also, two of four power sockets in the room didn't work. I didn't have breakfast or use the restaurant/bar, so I can't have an opinion on that.
The Hotel Grünwald is an ideal spot for travelers wanting to discover the city. Visitors to Munich will find that the Hotel Grünwald is a fantastic accommodation choice. Boasting a convenient location, the hotel is just 3km from Freiham and 17km from Oberpfaffenhofen Airport. With multiple attractions nearby including Kneippkur am Bach, Froschweiher Aubing and Rumänische Orthodoxe Metropolie Kirchenzentrum München, guests will find plenty to keep themselves occupied. This hotel makes a great place to kick back and relax after a long day of sightseeing. This Munich hotel provides parking on site.
The room is very narrow and was sold as double room. Due to fair, you could not book both days together on the website but had to do it separately. Unfortunately, it was blocked out of your room on the second day. We are just happy that it was not late at night where no one sat at the reception. That would have been yet. The room is so narrow that you couldn't pass each other on the second. If someone was in the bathroom or the door was standing up, you couldn't reach the door or the closet. You couldn't even hang out the usual paintings that you don't want to be disturbed. So is already an obstacle for couples. For two people there was a (!!!) bottle of water and also just one glass. The purpose behind it is not understandable to us. For a day as an interim stop is certainly sufficient, but not suitable for a longer holiday from our point of view. Rooms in themselves are clean and clean. Reception is over-required and no real help. When a rasier was forgotten at home, you referred to the net and another business. If it had actually been expected that a hotel would have provided a basic equipment for emergencies. We were at least used to this. Price/performance is certainly absolutely OK outside fair times. Parking is available in the garage and costs € 7.50, but we have parked in the side streets. There is something to run, but that didn't matter to us. We can't say anything about breakfast because we didn't take anything.

Only down side to this hotel is the lack of Reception or Room servicing during the weekend, I felt that if the room was not going to be serviced that more towels for the bathroom and more than 3 coffees, teas etc be left on the friday. Other than that it was a good Hotel. Being close to the S-Bann station, (walk 10 meters from door of hotel) was a bonus. One of the S-bann lines connects with the airport, so no change of train necessary with luggage. One down grade is that at check in we were told we didnt have breakfast, when on their website they state free breakfast, we cooked our own in the room, to save confusion.
