This hotel lives up to its 5 star rating. I got walked up to my room and introduced to the layout and the staff had great knowledge of English. Beds were comfortable and room in good working order. There is a mall across the street which was convenient for taking care of some quick shopping trips. The hotel is in the De Hesa district of Santiago which is pretty, and also safe, though it is about 45-60min from the city center on public transit.

The hotel is very close to pubs and restaurants on Vitacura street. The super comfortable piece, even have a medium terrace with a table and a steel for smokers, everything perfect! and it is not a expensive hotel. The room was clean, but the water pressure in the bathroom was insufficient.
The service is very good. The restaurant downstairs is delicious, but the breakfast has few varieties and is not as good as other hotels.

We were here for 3 nights during New Years this year. Exceptional Hotel. Location: Las Condes which is a very affluent neighborhood in entire Chile. Very close to a shopping mall with lots of restaurants. It is very safe around here. Hotel: it is very unique and exceptional compared to Marriotts. It feels like a JW Marriott and probably one of the best Marriott hotels in the world. The grounds are huge with a couple of restaurants with excellent food.. the breakfast buffet is comprehensive while the Latin Grill is a fine dining experience. Rooms: We were upgraded to a corner suite with sweeping views of the Andes mountains. Both the bedroom and the lounge were huge. The bathroom was exceptional. Services: impeccable . The staff very polite and friendly. We had a great time and will highly recommend this hotel. Would stay here in a heartbeat.

Esta muy bien ubicado!!! A pasos de Open Kennedy y Parque Arauco, la zonas es muy linda y tranquila para moverte caminando, tiene una vista divina a la montañas y la ciudad porque te hospedan desde el piso 25 en adelante. Ya que comparte instalaciones con el hotel Marriott de al lado, lo que hace que tenga mas amenitiee aun, Tiene estacionamiento incluido de súper fácil acceso, supermercado y tiendas de todo tipo a metros, impecable en todo sentido!!! Destaco de una manera especial la calidez y calidad de atención de todo el equipo del hotel, en especial la gente del sector desayuno Nicolas y la otra sra que lo ayuda ( super variado y rico) que siempre estan atentos a todo! Agradecerle a Marcela y Equipo su amabilidad permanente. Esta vuelta fuimos con mi marido pero volveremos con nuestros hijos porque fue super lindo todo! Gracias Boulevard suites Ferrat!

The disadvantage is that the luxury is still lacking a bit, and it is more business-oriented. Of course, its price is not as high as that of the most upscale hotels in the area. So good value for money is good.
Overall: 4.4 It is more business-oriented, and I will choose it for business trips. Will not choose a vacation.
