This was one of the best hotel I have stayed in Switzerland. The location was perfect as it was near the airport. The staff was friendly especially Miss Noel who had sped up the check-in process. My room was very spacious which can hold 5 persons. The room was very clean and the amenities was excellent. Overall I loved the hotel very much and would recommend anyone who has big family and want the space for their comfort. The price was reasonable and affordable. A hotel with a relatively high cost performance, with invincible lake views. The lake is at the door. It's very close to Interlaken, and buses run every half an hour at the door. The room hardware condition is average, domestic three-star standard. The service is better, there is no supermarket around, you can have dinner at the hotel. Breakfast is ok, not the worst, and the waiter will reserve reserved seats. Slippers need to be requested at the front desk. Enjoying the scenery here is absolutely beautiful.

This hotel is on the edge of the mountain, flowing water flowing from the front of the hotel, the river on the back of the mountain is very comfortable. Just got off at the supermarket bus stop and walked about 300-400 meters. From Interlaken West Station, take 105 for about 10 minutes. It is very convenient. All hotels will give you a free bus that you can take advantage of. If you have a 3-day trip, you can take the bus one day and take the entire Interlaken. The price in Switzerland is really high. The disadvantage of this hotel is that it can't be cooked and was found to be fined 500 Swiss francs. Eating is the biggest problem. Almost a fast food in the town center is about 200 yuan. You can consider taking a bus to the second floor of the ost supermarket in Interlaken. It is cheap, and a person can eat enough 60-70.

Excellent experience! Room is neat, tidy and quiet with lovely view from the balcony. We have half-board package which saved our effort in looking for a place for breakfast and dinner. Service was excellent for our dinner with wide-range of food options to choose from. Definitely recommend for couples and family tourists! Would be perfect if there is elevator/lift!

The location of the hotel is farther from the train station than other hotels. The place is clean and tidy, and the breakfast has many varieties and features. The room is not big but clean and tidy. Every waiter has a good attitude. Compared with Interlaken West Station, Interlaken East Station is quieter and it is absolutely OK to sleep at night. It takes seven or eight minutes to walk from the hotel to the East Station and five minutes to Herweg Street (the main road of the town). A small part of the hotel is an apartment for the elderly. Every morning at breakfast, you can see octogenarians. Everyone's face is filled with happy expressions. It is really an enviable old age life!

My stay was comfortable. The hostel is directly beside the train station and the location is perfect. From the dorm room, you can see fantastic view and it is breathtaking. The environment and location makes the stay enjoyable. The building is new and modern, however showers are not together with the toilets and no shower amenities such as soap or towel is provided, and you have to do your bed on your own. However, overall stay was great, breakfast was okay, there is also pool table in the lobby. The power socket isn't suitable for the ordinary European type, but they do lent travel adaptors with 10 euro deposit. Will consider coming back here for the view.
