Breakfast was disappointing. There were 3 kinds of egg . Scrambled eggs, omelette with veg, western omelette, pancake and pork sausage.
I was just amazed coz if you stay in the hotels under the big brands in Asia, you will get waaayyy better options than those.
View was nice though.
The hotel common areas and its processes seem quite dated, but generally still a pleasant stay overall. Clean, spacious, modern-looking, and quiet room. Good view of Niagara Falls, both at the lift lobby and restaurant/cafe. Towels are provided, along with shampoo, conditioner, lotion, and body soap. Equipped with bathtub (instant hot water for shower/bath), TV, fridge, iron, hair dryer, and coffee maker. Ample power sockets and good air-con / heater. Good facilities with pool and gym, and business centre (desktops near the lobby). Parking is available at a fee, albeit expensive. Has Starbucks and souvenir shop at the lobby. Offers free wine / beer sampling and WeGo bus transport card for sightseeing.
Places clean and staff helpful .
However it took us a long time to wait for someone to find the remote tv control which was hiding under the bed. Not.a pleasant first night !

Very comfortable and in a good location. It is close to the falls incline railway. It takes less than three minutes to go directly to the waterfall. The price is affordable and includes breakfast. Although the breakfast is average, it is very cost-effective. The staff is polite and friendly.
It was new or under renovation, and interior construction was underway. There was no restaurant, so I couldn't have breakfast. I arrived before the check-in time of 4:00 p.m., so I asked them to store my luggage, and they showed me to a room that was ready. The room was minimal, but very luxurious, and you can walk to the city center, so it's enough for those who want to have fun.
#positive #I was happy with the Mosquito Control Measures, Value for Money, Natural Light in the Room, Nearby Restaurants, Soundproofing; The location of the hotel is very good. It is next to the ** Hotel. It is only 5 minutes away from the cable car to the waterfall. You can consider buying a day pass for 8 yuan Canadian dollars. You can go there once during the day and at night to experience the different beauty of the waterfall.
The waterpark is linked to the hotel with a glass corridor which makes it so convenient. The hotel has a courtyard for people gathering and will have movie playing at every night. The room is clean in general and it is recommended.
Going to the water park, the park is not big, but it is suitable for a few years old. The room is general, the surrounding food and shopping is convenient, there is a small Ole.
The kids liked it, mainly to play in the water park attached to the hotel. The price might be a bit expensive just looking at the hotel; the room was average, but the hotel's water park was nice and big, with a game room, and various activities and performances suitable for kids at night; free parking; there was nothing around, so it was more appropriate to buy the hotel's meal package; it was very close to the US-Canada border, but there were roads under construction nearby, so you might end up at the US-Canada border if you're not careful.

RrohitsharingEnjoyed our stay here. A lot of amenities - fitness club, indoor and outdoor pools, spa, wine tasting, beer tasting, etc. the room we took was for 3 with 2 queens and it was spacious. Breakfast has a good spread with live counter for eggs. Lunch is ok in comparison. Service we received for this booking was pleasant. Location is perfect with all the important attractions nearby and in the night the entire neighborhood is alive with things to do and food to eat.
GGuest UserThe room was very nice and clean , the location is good parking was included so that’s a big bonus . The only issue we had was we asked for an extra half hr for check out and they said no problem but they came knocking on the door twice . Other then that it was a very pleasant stay I suggest it to everyone
GgojensengoHad a short gateway to Niagara Falls from Toronto and deciding to stay in the Radisson since it is one of many hotels that provide the falls view from the room.
Check in and check out we're smooth and timely efficient. Room was clean and cozy with a nice view of the horseshoes falls.
Location was great. 20 mins walk to the fall or 5 mins using the incline train which is nearby.
GGuest UserQuick check in. Bed’s super comfy. Breakfast line’s nothing special but simply and enough for quick breakfast. Nothing empty in the line as the service keep refilling. But be careful with the WiFi. I didn’t sign up for extra. But after check out they send me the receive for extra charge for the WIFI. ITS VERY DISAPPOINTING.
AAnonymous UserThe location is excellent, with undisturbed views of all three falls. Hospitality is as expected from Marriott. Within walking distance to many eateries and the falls. Highly recommended to select the rooms that guaranteed views of the falls, with great sunrise views in the morning, and fireworks and light show at night.
RroiberadorMy family went to Niagara Falls to celebrate my 20 years anniversary with my wife. Room was good. It allowed 3 adults and 2 children. The place is just 15-20 mins away from the falls. Everthing was good, staff is so good. the only thing that we suggest is place a kettle in the room for hot water, toothbrush/toothpaste and sandals/slippers that we can use while in the room. They actually have hot water and free coffee and tea at the front desk. They also have a microwave for heating food. Overall, it was amazing! Thank you Days Inn.
GGuest UserWe had an absolutely wonderful time staying at Falls Lodge and Suites. From the moment we arrived, the staff made me feel welcome and were extremely helpful with recommendations for local attractions. The location is unbeatable—just a short walk from the stunning Niagara Falls, yet it still feels quiet and peaceful. The room was spacious, clean, and well-maintained, with all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay and the beds were incredibly comfortable.
Breakfast was a nice bonus. The overall value for the price was excellent, especially considering the proximity to the Falls.I would highly recommend Falls Lodge and Suites to anyone visiting Niagara Falls. It’s perfect for families, couples, or anyone looking for a comfortable, well-located place to stay.
BBrandi ClairThe bathroom was a bit tight, but the building was constructed in 1929, so that can be understood. The bathroom could use a little updating, though, as the wallpaper is old and quite unattractive, and the three-tier shelf was missing one of the glass shelf pieces (and with a bathroom that small, you need all the space you can get!). Aside from that, the room was a decent size, and the pillows and mattress were extremely comfortable. We prefer scratchy towels, and the ones we had in our room were the most scratchy towels that we've ever received at a hotel, so that is a plus. Additionally, all of the staff were quite friendly, and the building/property were kept clean and tidy, even with as busy as it was when we stayed (during peak season). If you're looking to be near all of the hustle and bustle of Clifton Hill, and don't mind a healthy stroll to the Falls, the Crowne Plaza is a nice place to stay. Just be sure not to pass the entrance for the parking lot on Falls Avenue, as it looks just like the sidewalk, and not like a driveway (it's immediately past the small ”Crowne Plaza” sign)!
GGuest UserI was a tad decepted in the facilities available upon booking. When I looked through the pictures of the hotel it was shown and depicted as having a restaurant with great views of Niagara Falls. Hotel does not have this it's images from another place. Hotel was a decent price and quite clean. We got in at about 10pm and when we got to our room and my friend went to use the bathroom the door came off one hinge... did get it fixed the next day but reception did not answer the phone at all even in the after hours number. Breakfast was OK but the breakfast area is right next to the pool so you do get the chlorine smell. They did store our luggage but it wasn't very secure was just behind the desk where if anyone wanted to they could quite easily get to the bags. Otherwise most things were within a 10 minute walk hotel did have a lot of pamphlets available for local activities.
Aaman ugiVery good location for a low budget hotel. Beds are very old to the point that mattresses are sinking. Some rooms have strong smoke smell and others in the bottom floors are very dated.
I enjoyed very much the small pool since it was low season and I was able to use it with no crowd. Nice water temperature.
Don’t expect any Falls view, it’s only a name attached to the area, you have to walk or use a very convenient bus that stops right in front of the hotel and it takes you to the falls view area very conveniently and cheap, great for elders and people with mobility challenges
Overall, I was satisfied with the experience and stay
