The hotel is newly decorated. There are coffee machines and microwaves in the room. Parking is convenient. Although it is on a busy main road, it is very quiet. The staff is also very friendly. There are no shortcomings. My office is not far from the hotel and I will go there often in the future.

It belongs to the same group as Sofitel and Novotel. The room is relatively spacious and comfortable, but there are no toiletries and slippers, which is normal in Australian hotels. Convenient transportation and various restaurants and convenience stores nearby are the plus points for this hotel.

We travelled with my son and his children so two bedroom apartment with extra bed in living room was great. The staff was efficient and friendly and the location was the best, close to train station and shops. The kids enjoyed the pool and everything was clean and fresh.

Nice hotel. Usually good value for the price, except when they are almost full, then it can get expensive. But most of the time good value for money. Staff are very polite and amiable and most of the rooms are clean and comfortable. A few rooms are a little rough and dated but they are slowly being renovated.

outside the hotel was a bus stop that you can take to Chatswood and across the road was the bus stop to get the Metro to Central but if he missed the bus it’s only a nine minute walk from the station which is a really good the hotel staff was really nice and it had a restaurant at the bottom

In general, the room was clean,big and had all the amenities we need. The only problem was that the room was really hot so we had to blast the AC for 30 min. The front desk was also really helpful and called us after we left a charger in the room. Overall, great place to stay.

Superb location. just 1 min from the mall. Staff is friendly and helpful. Parking (costs AUD25) is also very convenient. House keeping deserves Kudos!
Did not try the restaurant at the hotel (there are plenty of choices nearby).
After staying in the 2 popular hotels in Chatswood area, we can conclude Silkari is definitely the better one.

This is not really a deluxe room; it’s very basic. It seems to be an adapted space, likely from the former reception area. It only offers the bare minimum for an overnight stay.
The breakfast is very weak, with very few options (barely enough to be considered as “included”).
But it was ok.
There is a bus stop within a 3–4 minute walk, and metro stations are about 11–12 minutes and 21–22 minutes away on foot.
