I unfortunately booked an executive suite. Firstly, its location was inconveniently far from the elevator, and it seems all executive suites across all floors are situated in the same corner spot. The suite was definitely overpriced for its small size, and the layout was poorly designed. Furthermore, the amenities were neglected; the Jacuzzi was dirty, broken, emitted a foul odor when operated, and even expelled debris. I reported this to the front desk, and they moved me to another suite, but it had the exact same problems. I absolutely do not recommend anyone choose an executive suite; it's a complete waste of money.
My ratings:
Executive Suite Design & Location: 2/10
Overall Cleanliness: 8/10 (though they could improve by changing towels more frequently)
Breakfast: 1/10 (Too focused on Asian food, despite most guests being Arabs, especially Saudis)
Pricing (Value for Money): 5/10 (Overpriced)
View & Hotel Location: 5/10
I suggest they lower their prices and encourage guests to choose a standard room with a river view. They should also pay more attention to offering Eastern, Arabic, and Western food options. Finally, some staff members were notably unwelcoming towards Arab guests and made no effort to provide better service.

A comfortable and excellent room. You'll truly enjoy your stay here. It features a balcony where you can breathe in the fresh mountain air. The AC can be switched off when the balcony door is open.

The hotel is good, but it looks a bit worn out. The location is excellent, and the view is amazing. They offer evening food service, and the food is delicious.

Our kids were happy! Although official check-in is at 2 PM, we were able to register from 9 AM. Our room was then ready by 12:30 PM, so we could enjoy the facilities in the interim.

This hotel has marvelous garden river view. The staff are nice specially Mr Mohamad Kiki and his boss in sky roof restaurant. The breakfast was great. I had great time there.
But many things needed to be enhanced, the TV channels, most of channels don’t work and no movies channels. The Wi-Fi very slow. The towels are old. The cafe and restaurant desserts must be enhanced.
Overall, this hotel is one of the best hotels I have stayed in. No alcohol and has mosque .

In love with everything, the view, room, the facilities,
Literally everything.
They gave me a complimentary photoshoot as well. The minus point only the check in time regulation is too late, at 2pm.
