This hotel is really the most thoughtful one I have ever stayed in. 1. The environment is clean and tidy. Everyone must care about hygiene the most when going out. I came to wait for the room at 12 o'clock and watched the service staff clean up. The hygiene can be assured. 2. All small items are complete. Slippers for washing are not to mention. Disposable slippers are thick, toilet covers, etc. are the most considerate I have ever seen. 3. The scenery is good. Chongqing Jiu Street is outside. It is beautiful both day and night. The floor can also have a good view. In Chongqing, you still have to live a little higher. The TV is quite new, projection is not a problem, there are free movies, and you can cast what you want to watch. The front desk lady is super nice! The service is great, very attentive, and the locals speak standard Mandarin. Hahaha, I am afraid that I can't understand Chongqing dialect. This lady doesn't have to worry at all. She has a good personality. Recommended!

Originally booked with the intent on using the indoor pool, gym and on site laundry room however after checking in and enquiring where these were the staff told us these haven’t been built yet and might be within the next month. However they were very apologetic and accommodating and we were partially reimbursed on Trip.com. The room was spacious and the bed extremely large and comfortable, shower and toilet very good. Only downside was our room was cleaned twice in the 4 nights we stayed, despite having the ‘make up room’ sign on. The other times when they did decide to clean was late around 5pm when we had ‘do not disturb’ sign on the door, and still entered. Sub par cleaning, dusty, toilet roll not replenished and after asking for some from reception, we didn’t get any until the next day after we tracked down one of the cleaners. Food smells wafted into our room frequently as if we were in the kitchen. The windows were not sound proof so very loud when it rained, and then leaked into the room. Overall it was a very comfortable stay nonetheless and the hotel is clearly in the early stages. Good price and kind staff.
