I was taken care of by countless ４ people. After arriving by car, a male staff member came to bring my luggage immediately. When I chose a room called Sufang (type Ｄ), it was beautiful and the open-air bath in the room was large. The large communal bath was quiet, and I didn't meet many people and I took it slowly. The hot spring was also delicious. It was a group plan for more than three people, so there was a bottle of wine. When I chose white wine, I was able to get a pretty good one. Some dinners were not good for my mouth, but they were generally delicious. The stone grilled meat and fresh vegetables were good. In addition, the mushroom soup for breakfast was very delicious with soba porridge and pickled Nozawana. There was a lot of money. There was also a rusc on the coffee, which was also delicious. The green was bright, cool and quiet, and I was able to spend a relaxing time. The staff at the inn are all kind and pleasant. I felt the service spirit that I wanted to cherish the visitors.

I stayed in a room with an open-air bath. It was clean and the hot spring water was soft and made my skin smooth. We also visited the large bathroom downstairs, which was spacious and had nice spring water. Dinner was prepared in a separate private room. Again, this was a nice Japanese-style room with a relaxed atmosphere. The food was very tasty from the starters and I felt happy. And the staff were very helpful, both at the front desk and in the restaurant. She saw me off when I left, and at that point she pointed to the roof of the hotel and said, ”Look. I looked at the roof and saw a real heron perched on it. And when we got in the car and started driving away, the heron flew away too. That was the last service at the Saginoyu(Heron’s Bath).

We stayed twice in November and December. There was only a new hotel and it was clean and comfortable. There was a large TV in the room and I could see a powerful image. The public bath was also very good. I thought it was crowded at night and used it early in the morning, so it was almost rental. The staff at the breakfast venue, the staff at the cleaning staff, and the front desk 々 were very kind and had a great stay to heal fatigue. As shown in the photo of the hotel, the cute red car vessel was filled with children's favorite okazu, and my five-year-old daughter was happy to eat! Toys were prepared at the restaurant, and adults could eat slowly.
