Chino Hotels with Wi-Fi

It looks like an old hotel from the outside, but it has been renovated and is beautiful. The foreign staff members were truly wonderful and courteous. Some Japanese people are good and some are not. It was a room with 4 single beds, but it was larger than I expected. It was an annex building with only stairs, but the bathroom was close and it was great. It looked like an old woman in her 70's was climbing the stairs with all her might, but there aren't that many floors. Was the unit bath in the room a bit strange? It was old. A magic show happened to be held to celebrate the 100th anniversary. it was fun. There is also a kids park, so it was a very satisfying trip for us with children! If you pay once, you can play the next day, so it's great even on rainy days. Table tennis is 500 yen for 30 minutes. I wanted to do it, but I couldn't because it was fully booked.The wine server was available 24 hours a day!

The Japanese environment is first-class, the staff is attentive, and the dishes are mouth-watering. The whole environment is full of artistic atmosphere, and the blue dyeing style is also fun and forgetful. 😍😍

Stayed for one night on the way home from home. It's close to the interchange, and there are major supermarkets, restaurants, and convenience stores nearby, so I'm very satisfied. I wanted to stay with one adult and a 3-year-old child, and since I was informed that they could sleep together, I booked a room with a king-sized bed for one adult and a plan that included breakfast. On the day of check-in, I was asked for my child's age, and when I answered, I was told that there would be a charge for a 3-year-old child.I was told that it was fine this time, but please be careful next time*. I made this reservation because it said on this site that it was possible to sleep together, so please explain? . During the check-in process, my child requested to use the restroom, so I temporarily stopped the check-in process and tried again, but the child's breakfast charge was 800 yen, so I had to pay on-site. In the explanation with *, I was not sure whether the warning was about the room or the breakfast fee, which of the children's rates would be charged. I paid extra for breakfast, but I am sorry if there is a discrepancy between the reservation conditions on the site and the local staff's understanding. Inside the hotel, the front desk and common spaces were new and clean, and the large bathing area was clean as well as the changing and bathing areas. However, the room was made in an old-fashioned way, and although it seemed like it had been cleaned, there were still traces of dirt on the carpet. The most disappointing thing was that the air conditioning could not be adjusted. The temperature in the room was high, and even though I used the air conditioner, the temperature did not drop at all. The breakfast was a mix of Japanese and Western style, with many items and was delicious.

There were bookshelves everywhere, both in the rooms and in the corridors, and books of all genres were freely available to read. I was able to enjoy a relaxing and soothing time while soaking in the hot springs and reading. This is an inn that I would like to stay at for longer and again. All of the dishes were made with fresh ingredients that had a seasonal feel to them, and I was truly satisfied. The large tatami room bath and the open-air bath both have soft hot springs that you can use as many times as you like. The ceiling of the bedrock bath was a starry sky, which made for a very soothing space.

Stayed in March 2024. I have stayed at this hotel many times. This was the first time I booked through Trip.com. The website said it was a one night, two meals plan, but when I arrived at the hotel, I was told it was a one night stay without meals. We argued over the counter, but no one could come to an agreement. I called Trip.com and explained the situation. They admitted that I had booked a one night, two meals plan, but the hotel had received the reservation information from the wholesaler, Rakuten Travel, so I decided to hang up and wait to confirm with Rakuten Travel. When I called back, Trip.com proposed that I pay the hotel for two meals at once, and then Trip.com would transfer the amount later. There was no guarantee that the money would be transferred, and if it wasn't transferred, it would be a loss for us, so it was not a very good idea, but dinner time had already started, so I accepted it. I paid for the meal at the front desk, ate, and sent the receipt to Trip.com from my room. After I told them my transfer details, the amount was transferred the next day, so there was no expense for me, but I hope this never happens again.
