The staff were kind. I stayed for two nights, but the breakfast and dinner were exactly the same. Overall it was good. The nearby tourist spot, Tateshina Falls, was very good!

All the staff, including the children, were very satisfied with their attentive care. The facilities and service are child-friendly, and the food is delicious.This is a hotel I would like to visit again if I have the opportunity.

The room I stayed in was clean and the bathroom was also very clean. The staff were also kind and nice.
