The hotel facilities are new and clean, the breakfast is rich, and the location is not far from Shahu Lake. The most important thing is the service. I left my charger in the room and my phone in the restaurant. The front desk guy on duty on the morning of April 1 was very enthusiastic and helped me find my lost items twice. Thank you again! I highly recommend this hotel.

I don't know if it is the best hotel in Chifeng. To be honest, I almost backed off after seeing those bad reviews, but when I thought about how bad a hotel that has just opened for 2 years could be? I stayed for one night with a try-it attitude.
Facilities: very new, solid materials! The towels are also thick and clean! There is also an underground garage, which is very convenient, and there are two water clubs downstairs.
Sanitation: very clean
Environment: There are many places to eat downstairs, which is very convenient!
Service: Very good, immediate satisfaction when there is a demand, the room is indeed not very warm, but there is an electric heater that can solve all current problems. The reason why the bath water is not hot may be that there are two water clubs competing for hot water, and the bath water will be very hot a little later.

The check-in arrangement is well organized, and there is a WeChat group for reliable taxi calls and consultations, which is very convenient. The travel experience is also great, the package is worth the money, and the desert off-road vehicle and desert camel are most recommended! The hotel near the scenic spot has quite big rooms, but the environmental sanitation is much worse than that in the city. The garbage in many corners has not been cleaned up properly. However, it will be dealt with in time after reporting to the front desk. There will be a bonfire party and performances in the evening, and fireworks can be set off. You can see a lot of fireworks shows, and the breakfast is also good. Overall, it's okay.

I had planned to go to Reshui to soak in the hot springs. I had plenty of time this time, so I booked a room decisively. The hygiene was very clean, the service was good, and they were very patient. There was a public hot spring and swimming pool downstairs, and there was a bathtub hot spring in the room, which was very convenient. The water was very clean, so there was no need to worry. The breakfast was also very rich and delicious. I will stay here again next time.
