Unquestionably one of the best hotels in Chicago. Interior is gorgeous, service is outstanding, and location is excellent. The hotel is not too far away from the Union Station. I will definataly visit again.

Among all other hotels in south loop of downtown Chicago, this one is quite an upscale setting on decor of room and the location right next to Federal Reserve Bank and Chicago Board of Exchange.

The front desk service and catering services are okay, but the cleaning service is not standardized. When I checked in, there was a rag missing from the bedside table. The room was not cleaned on the first day of my two-day stay. On the contrary, the room service was very diligent after four o'clock. Be sure to lock the room if necessary. The waiter who makes the bed and draws the curtains comes in very quickly after four o'clock. It only costs a small locker in downtown Chicago, and breakfast is expensive. Don't drive. Parking at the hotel is at least 75$.

The bed was literally the most comfortable I've stayed in the US. very quiet. But don't choose the side of the train tracks. In a quiet hotel in downtown Chicago, the lobby is on the 21st floor, and I was a little confused when I first entered the lobby on the first floor. Short walk to Millennium Park. The room is not big.

Beautiful property, lovely rooms and great service. Only concern was the King bed was more like a Queen bed.

They are great and accommodating. ******* had horrible customer service and told me my hotel was full at 830pm by email which they conveyed at 910pm when I attempted to check in ar the Canopy Hilton at 9:10pm. I will NEVER use ******* again. Ridiculous and horrible way to handle customers
