The front desk was friendly and it was close to the United Center, but I had a bad three nights. 1. There were only three pillows on the bed when I checked in, and they were thrown on the bed randomly. This was the first time I encountered such a situation. 2. The room could not be ventilated and the window could not be opened. I smelled the room when I checked in, and the smell became worse day by day and I couldn't stand it.

It's about a ten-minute walk to the station, and there's a supermarket a few streets away.
The room was clean and there were no major issues. The counter staff are also polite and willing to help when needed.
