Nice river view and city view at the same time. Might come back because its also pretty.

The hotel is nicely decorated and relatively new, but the downside is that the soundproofing is extremely poor! I was woken up by the slamming of doors every morning, and I could hear the waiters talking outside. The location is good, and it is within walking distance of Willis tower, Magnificent mile and Art Institute, but! There are too many hotels nearby, including a lot of Hilton hotels, and this one is definitely a low-cost hotel.

A typical American hotel with many Americans staying. It is quite standard and very convenient to stay near the Willis Tower.

The location is very good. The buffet breakfast is average. The breakfast served is delicious.

I feel that there is still a gap between the hotel and domestic four-star hotels, whether it is services or supporting facilities. The advantage is that it is in the city center and shopping is more convenient.

I guess I thought I was booking a more high end hotel as that is what this hotels advertises as so that’s why I am rating it poorly. To sum up, no easy parking or valet, no room service, no room amenities (mini bar, snacks, water etc), and poor customer service. The front desk staff acts bothered if you need anything, they give off more of the convenience store clerk vibe, the “gym” wax so small with so little equipment that when I went to try to use it there was one person in there working out and it felt so small that I practically felt we were working out elbow to elbow. We were traveling with family so we got a suite but the bedroom door was missing so it felt just like one room. Also the couch doesn’t pull out into a bed so our teenager had to curl up on a small couch to sleep. I guess I should have known the price was too good to be true because this hotel is a basic budget hotel with a cool name trying to mask as a boutique high end hotel.

Very nice, upgraded room decor/ambiance. Hotel food was really fresh/good. Nice bar/cocktail selection.

When I arrived I was greeted and checked in prompt. When I got to my room it was clean and welcoming. The only complaint I had is that on one of my hand towels there was a stain.

First walked into room thought the sink/counter was dirty but it's actually just stained, cup rings, water drops, it was clean just stained. Everything was great, check in was slow, kinda surprised, it was check in time and they only had 1 person working the counter. But everything was very nice for our stay.

The hotel was very accommodating as ******* had messed up our reservations and apparently had not made the hotel aware of them. Fortunately they were able to find rooms and allowed us to have the rate ******* had offered us. They were very attentive to our needs. The hotel was very clean and beautiful.

Loved the property and Check-In Process. Had a room ready at Noon for me and everything was smooth. Room was a good size and had 0 complaints. Good Area for Center Loop.

A great place to stay. Room was extremely clean, which is super important to me. The standard room was very spacious and had such a unique and modern style. They did not have botteled water available, only a glass jar that you could fill with filtered water. However there was a charge for using the glass bottle For basically tap water?? Super weird to me , but only downfall of the hotel. The downstairs bar and restaurant was nice. Most touristy chicago things are within walking distance of hotel. A famous pizza spot within 10 steps of the hotel great for late night eats. Friendly front desk.

The hotel was very close to the CTA station on Jackson/Dearborn, so it was extremely easy to get to from O'Hare. The location was very central to what I needed, it was within either CTA or walking distance. There is a great restaurant across the street which made things nice for meals. I was able to check in a little early and check out a little late. The staff was exceptionally friendly and accommodating. The room was very nice and peaceful. I highly recommend this hotel.
