Everything is beautiful, the location, the cleanliness, and the cooperation of the reception staff, except for the outer cover of the bed, which is very old. It's much older than the photo shows. I stayed there for two weeks because of training nearby. The cleaning staff often forgets to take away the kitchen garbage or doesn't refill the coffee capsules. The service is the most lax among the hotels I have stayed in in the United States. And the Wi-Fi here is very poor, so I had to use my hotspot almost the whole time. The location is actually a bit far from the main attractions, so traveling is not convenient. Fortunately, there is a Whole Foods and an H-Mart nearby, so you can buy and cook your own food. In addition, they gave me a room on the 8th floor. Although it was a corner room, it faced the street and was very noisy!

Outside noise was annoying The room was nice despite the downtown noise that was seeping through the windows, a lot of car engines roaring up and down the streets (mostly at night), like they were racing or something. I couldn't see them, but I could hear them, which made me wish the windows were soundproof! but I guess a lot of noise is expected when you stay in downtown Chicago or any bustling big city for that matter.

Hotel stay I had a great time and I would say everything was perfect in the room. The only thing I would give a less than perfect score was the lack of friendliness when we checked in.

An excellent choice The room was spacious. Had a window view of the city. The breakfast was good. Lots of options. Close to downtown. On site parking but limited. We will stay here again.

Wonderful hotel in a convenient location We took Amtrak from Ann Arbor to Chicago for the weekend and chose this hotel for its convenient location. It was within walking distance from Union Station and we walked everywhere including Mellennium Park, Magnificent Mile, Fulton District. The hotel room was spacious and had everything we could ever need including a refrigerator, microwave, small stove, dishwasher, and coffee maker. The gym had everything I needed (e.g., free weights, treadmill, peloton bike) and was spatious. Breakfast was great and the hotel staff members were friendly. Would definitely stay again!

Pleasantly surprised by our stay! My husband and I love to stay in the West Loop area when we visit the city and have tried many hotels. For the price and suite, this felt like a steal! The suite was extremely clean (my number one priority always) and spacious! Staff was friendly and the area is great! Walkable to major Fulton Market restaurants, bars, etc.
