The location is good, opposite Trump, belonging to the bustling city center. The hotel service is excellent, all needs can be met. The bed is big, soft and comfortable. The indoor temperature is suitable for brewing coffee. It is very convenient to go to the nearby subway station and bus station.

This hotel is the best one in our trip to the United States. Excellent location, the view of the river view is very good! There is no option to include breakfast. Will continue to order when I come to Chicago in the future!

The environment is good, I was assigned to a river view room with a good location. The name was wrong when I checked in, but it was handled very well and quickly, and we were given a free bar drink and 12 credits for breakfast coupons. I have never seen such a poor Hilton. I drove 14 hours to the hotel in the middle of the night despite heavy snow. An Indian at the front desk had a very poor service attitude. , Washing utensils were not prepared, because I was afraid that foreign hotels would not provide toothbrushes and toothpaste, so I specifically asked if I had them to be relieved, but when I arrived in the room, I found that they were not provided, including free bottled water. The sisters were sleepy and tired and eager to rest and did not bother anymore, but I was disappointed with this hotel, and I will never choose a Hilton series hotel again in the future. Such a high score is brushed out, right?
