Stayed here for one week. Great location in the heart of Chicago. Housekeeping staff must be top notch because the room was very clean. Amenities are very basic. Recommend bringing your own toileteries etc.

Had a pleasant stay at this hotel. Staff are polite, helpful & professional. Great location. Walking distance to millennium park, the riverwalk, tour deck of the riverboat ride, food & convenient store. Even the train station nearby brought us directly to Ohare Airport, ticket only $3. Will surely stay here in the future.

The location and cleanliness was good, however there is a lack of amenities that other hotels offer for the same price. The lack of slippers was something that I noticed.

The hotel is in a great location, right next to Trump Tower, and the night view is beautiful at night. The only drawback is that the room is not big. There is a blue line subway at the airport that can go directly to the Navy Pier, and it is also close to the Navy Pier. There are many tourists walking there. There is also Macy's and a shopping street nearby
