I came to Chicago for a three-day and two-night trip. The location of this hotel is good. There is a Whole Foods supermarket behind the hotel and a Trade Joes two blocks away. There are many restaurants around. The breakfast in the hotel is very simple, with bread and one kind of fruit, milk, yogurt, tea and coffee as standard.

We spent 4 days in this hotel.
Nice comfortable room
We checked in earlier, thank you very much for that,
Breakfast is typical for America, I read in other reviews that there was a long wait for food, but we didn’t experience this.
Of the minuses - during the 4 days of our stay there was no cleaning even once, although it seems like it should be every day.
Overall, I recommend the hotel!

Perfect hotel to discover Chicago. Located in the river north area with restaurants, supermarkets and shops nearby. Well connected to the airport and a 15-minute walk from the riverwalk.

The uniqueness of the hotel is it feels like home with the kitchen and comfortable hotels

It was nice the staff was very nice but the shower doesn't get warm enough and my bed smells like perfume.So I was uncomfortable not knowing if my bed was changed or not.

First they didn’t say anything about parking till I checked in & it cost $50 a night to park streets down from the hotel no snacks in the snack bar just terrible never recommend will see if I can get a refund a discount didn’t even get told about the $150 deposit online no carts to bring stuff to your room
