The hotel was clean and well kept. If you plan of eating at the restaurant make sure you book ahead! If not there are plenty of restaurants nearby.

Our room had a modern design draped with gray, deep purple, leather, and velvet accents gave our rooms a sophisticated feel, along with extra square footage that is surprisingly spacious—a nice bonus for business travelers.

It was a good stay overall. The only thing was the elevators both made a really loud sound that you don’t want to hear when you 10 floors up. Need to hire a new elevator maintenance company.

Overall a pleasant stay. Check in was super easy and the staff was phenomenal. Room service was wack and didn't;t knock but I still got charged. No call or anything and this inspire of the fact that you have to be present to get your stuff. I was really dissapointed but this. Otherwise A top notch stay.

We only stayed for one night but this hotel was so nice for the price. We stayed in the executive king room and it was so spacious with a beautiful view of the city. We both agreed this would be our future hotel when staying in Chicago.

I didn't like the fact that there's a dress code to go on the rooftop/ bar. That wasn't mentioned at all when I got the room.

This hotel is wonderful and we love coming to Chicago and staying here. My only complaint is not able to get to 4th floor on the main elevators. Everything else was great.
