- It was Super noisy at night time, and I didn't sleep well. The hotel locates at the cross, it was super noisy even at 1-2 am. There was a lot of engine noise from the racing cars outside of the windows.
- We booked the King size Suits with lake view, however, it is at level 4, there are not many lake views, and the window is pretty high.
- There is no water or any drinks in the mini bar.
- We didn't set any alarm. However, the alarm in the room woke me up at 6 am!

Excellent location to many things you can walk to. Can’t say enough about the staff. They were the most friendly staff that I have ever experienced at a hotel. The valet guys were outstanding and and would always open the door for you. The room was very modern and spacious and the next time I’m in Chicago I will definitely stay here.

Great hotel! Antonio who greeted us outside of the hotel was SO kind and welcoming. Check in was easy, the location was PERFECT we walked everywhere and never had to use our car to get around.

L7 was a perfect location for our first time in Chicago. Front desk staff were very pleasant and helpful. Beds are comfortable, room was a perfect size and the view of the Chicago River was a bonus. It was our anniversary we were greeted with a champagne bottle in our room and it was an extra bonus. Thank you! Looking forward to going back and staying at L7.

Amazing, I needed a quick place to stay after a missed connecting flight, every single staff person that I talked to during my stay was amazing and friendly. Love the Apotheke bath products as well. Certainly provided me with a quick, but relaxing evening after a stressful day.

There was shopping, dinning and entertainment for whatever your expectations were. From the least expensive to the most grande. The shower in the hotel was amazing hot water and full size bottles of hand wash, hand lotion, shower gel, shampoo and conditioner (they smell spo good, wish I could have purchased the hand wash and lotion). The only thing I would sugges is for the hotel to list their deposit fees, which was not on their website or any travel sites. Thankfully, I always plan ahead and set aside for the fees which was $100per, night. It would be helpful to know in advance.
