Wonderful location. Right by Chicago Riverside. 3 minutes from nearest CTA Train (7 minutes walk to Blue Line Train for ORD Airport). Breakfast in onsite restaurant, Perilla, tasty and substantial, with 10% off for hotel guests. Staff friendly, accommodating and genuine.

Stylish, Thoughtful, and Worth It Loved our stay at L7 Lotte Chicago! Perfect location, super clean, and the bed was incredibly comfy. The Crave Corner with all-day coffee, hot chocolate, and evening popcorn was such a thoughtful touch. A bit pricey, but truly worth it for the comfort and experience.

Excellent hotel. Very clean rooms & nice shower & excellent bed & pillows. Really enjoyed the river view with the sit in window pillow cushion, that was fantastic! The 24/7 krave station was very impressive with the coffee machine that made many different types of coffee drinks & there was a popcorn dispenser too. Very enjoyable stay at the L7 Chicago!

Really liked this hotel. Great location. The staff were friendly and surprised us with a bottle of champagne for our 10th anniversary. A clean and well designed room. I would stay here again.
