Great location for west loop and fulton market. All bars, restaurants and even grocery store within walking distance.
The rooms are a little bit dated but everything is clean and the bed very comfy.

Don’t want to say anything more. My daughter found a cockroach at a $300 hotel. Won’t be booking this again.

Comfortable rooms, that are nice and clean. The staff is very friendly and hospitable. I love the Rye restaurant, as their bagels and breakfasts are delicious. The complimentary coffee and water in the lobby is also a nice touch.

The location is excellent, right on the edge of Chicago Financial City, an 8-minute walk to the Sears Tower, and a short bridge to the Chicago Center. The rooms are OK, but a little old, and the lobby is basically at the level of a domestic homestay. In other words, Crowne Plaza is basically a three-star hotel in the United States, and has nothing to do with the five-star hotels in China.
