The room was spotless, the staff were incredibly friendly, and the gym room was small, services 24 hours. location was good

I’m not sure if this was a problem with Trip.com, but when I booked the room, the photos showed a microwave and a refrigerator. However, when I got the room, neither was there. It was my first time staying at a hotel without a fridge. The bed creaked so much that even when my child moved, it made loud noises, especially around the edges. The room was also very small and not great overall. The only good thing was the location.

I was so pleased with my stay at the Hotel Saint Clair. I arrived in Chicago very early and they allowed me to check my bag until check in. After a morning of exploring, I came back to the hotel tired from traveling and they were able to get me in my
room an hour early. The room was cozy and clean. Great location, friendly staff, I would definitely stay here again.

Staff and location great my only complaint which has been mentioned was the elevators only 2 small that took only five people for a 12 floors + cues at check in and check out as well as the staff but overall great stay

This place seemed pretty unique. Super good value, a nice room, basic interiors. It seemed like a no-nonsense kind of place with friendly staff and a fun little bar/restaurant next to the lobby. Highly recommended!
