Hampton Inn & suites is a great location as it is walking to Michigan ave where you can shop all the high end branded shopping spree & love walking by the river walks w/ lots of restaurants to go. Also this place has hot breakfast & the staffs are very nice. Will use this hotel again when I come back to Chicago. Jody is great . Thanks

Need to have halal/ kosher/vegetarian options for breakfast. Most products had pork in them.

酒店還是不錯的 很多美國人會入住 早飯冷熱都有 咖啡熱水都可以提供 還免費寄存行李 環境也不錯 地理位置優越 值得預訂。第二晚對面有外國人過生日 比較吵鬧 隔音不行 國外都這樣

Hôtel correct mai service médiocre.
Nous sommes arrivés à 14 h, on nous a confirmé que la chambre était prête….mais 23$ si nous voulions la prendre avant 16 h !!!
Nous sommes restés 2 nuits, la chambre n’a jamais été faite

Very nice staff, super clean facility. Bed and bathroom very clean. Breakfast was excellent. Only thing is location. Not the best or safest as far as homeless people around. But you’re in Chicago so it’s not a surprise.

The hotel was beautiful and every need was anticipated. I loved the hotel. I just wish there was free or inexpensive parking. We had to park a 1/2 hour walk away for anything reasonable.

Overall, our stay was great. Two things were bummers: the elevator wasn't fully operational and being right next to the fire station meant folks in our group who were in a room on a lower floor had more issues sleeping. That said, the rooms were amazing, breakfast was incredible, and the staff were exceptional. If you're a light sleeper, you may want to bring earplugs or a white noise machine, but IMO it's an inconvenience worth the benefit of the quality of stay for the price.
