The accommodations were perfect for us ! We had 5 siblings and families visiting for an anniversary celebration. The suites allowed for all the children to stay and play together. The mezzanine was large clean and extremely safe for the kids to go in and out at will. The breakfast was excellent! We all were able to eat together and everyone was able to find the foods they wanted. The food was fresh and delicious ! The hotel staff were one of the friendliest of any hotel we stayed!

We just got done with a week here and we will never stay here again. Although the location is great, the service was HORRIFICALLY bad. They never cleaned our room all week, even after we were asking the manager multiple times a day to be sure we had maid service. One miss is excusable, no maid service EVERY DAY is inexcusable. Their housekeeping staff sucks and the management gets a failing grade for not staying on top of it. There are tons of better options just steps away, stay elsewhere!!!

Good location - close to downtown and magnificent mile. Rooms were spacious and very comfortable. Inventory in good condition - a little bit obsolete. Breakfast was super good but make sure to arrive early since it can get quite busy. Staff is very friendly and helpful overall.

It is a very good hotel, I have been here three times. Good staffs! I left my jacket in breakfast hall and didn’t realize it till it was cold 2 days later…and I asked the staff during my breakfast, she immediately went to find it out for me! Warm feeling now…

The room is large and suitable for families. American breakfast is provided. It is located in the city center with convenient transportation and close to attractions. There is a recreation area on the second floor. The hotel staff is warm and friendly.
