I stayed for four nights at the Moxy Chicago in a corner view room. Such a cute hotel. My room was small, yet very clean. Check-in was a breeze. Customer service was nice. The bar was fun. The location was within walking distance of many different restaurants. My only complaint is that my room was a few floors above the taco place. In the middle of the night, there was a strong smell of garlic in my room. Bring your earplugs because the street noise and the bass from the bar reverberated in the room.

Recognised as a Marriott Bonvoy Titanium Elite member, welcome drinks and 10 bucks / per person, room upgraded, higher floor, super friendly member of staff. As it seems staff is promoting the Peruvian restaurant, quite a lot, every single stay they're mentioning it during conversations. Breakfast options were great, and also their bar scene, atmosphere is one of my favorite ones, and not only in town, generally speaking.

Great property! Nice room size for a Moxy, comfortable bed, Moxy shower that keeps the water in, great lobby with bar and market. The fitness room was great as well. The staff was really nice. Overall, a great choice going forward in Chicago and not too far from the Lake/Clark blue line stop.

Nice stay, great location. Good staff. As with all Moxy hotels, rooms are small and difficult for two people due to a sink in the bedroom. Also tough to do any computer work. Lobby is great for computer work, but potential for a lot of noise if you need to make a phone call. Ask for housekeeping, I did and one day I didn't get it. Ask for a handicap room to get a little extra space.

This was my fourth time staying at Moxy, my first in Chicago. The experience was excellent. Moxy is part of the Marriott portfolio and is marketed for those seeking a more vibrant experience. The accommodations are European style, so the rooms are tight but functional. This venue was perfect as it offers a full-bar, restaurant and other amenities. It offers a hip or trendy vibe with many things to do in the lobby. Access is good. Trains are about three - four blocks away and you are about one mile west of lake Michigan. Check-in was swift and very professional. You are provided a little bag with two waters and a drink chit for a cocktail. There is the Zombit taco grill as part of the venue. A microwave is located in the lobby and they also have a Happy Hour.

Air conditioner froze up,TV didn't work,only one slow elevator working but the noise was the worse.3 am dumpster emptying and construction started at 6 am,no sleep for 2 days.Magament wasn't concerned about our complaints so we moved one block over. If you smoke,don't go out the front door after dark.The rats play there.Dont waste your money,the Marriott hotel chained doesn't care about you.

I love a moxy! Everything you need at a great price! This hotel was a great location - just 10 minutes from the el. Shower and sink are in the room so if you’re traveling with a not close friend it could be awkward but just fine for solo and couples. Very friendly staff too!

Love the hotel and lobby. Cool place to chill with drinks Nice location When done enjoying the hotel bar dnd it’s time to go to the room, the Beds are cheap and are extremely noisy and basically slide all the way across the floor when making any movement in them if you know what I mean…
