Great location next to Bally’s ****** and across from Trader Joe’s. Self parking was really easy through third-party app. Just right me behind a hotel in the same building. I really like the hotel and the room.

The hotel had too many reservations for our room type and switched us too a larger room. Unfortunately the reason we booked the 2 double beds was because we were 2 opposite sex friends sharing a room. The hotel could only offer a roll-in or use of the rooms "daybed".
Additionally there was a large group staying in the hotel and the elevators became overwhelmed which meant we had to use the freight elevators. This was also true in the evenings for security reasons.
Overall the staff did their best given the circumstances but it was not a great experience.

I’ve stayed here multiple times now, but don’t feel like they appreciate my business. No upgrades ever. Asked for quiet room and got one on a high floor. But there was constant noise from the machine closet or elevator. Lobby feels crowded and there’s sometimes a line for the elevator. That said, location is awesome and I love the Nespresso machine in each room.

Hotel was easy to get in touch with before the trip, check-in (and check-out) was easy and accommodating, the rooms were clean and modern and the bed was so comfortable. Lovely toiletries and robes too. Couldn't have been happier.
