They didn't offered nor had a water bottles .
We travelled 1000miles , thought to stood there for a night, came around 1am in the night, couldn't make to gas station coz I was dizzy. As soon as I entered my room I found no water bottles.
Atleast offer water it's just a 50c/bottle.
Note: If I tell your boss water or Aircondition , what he prefers..
It's just a water bottle but each drop counts..

Such classic Chicago hotel experience. Perfect location including parking. Only exception is the poor breakfast, that we better took outside.
