Unique private bunker room. Love to hotel quality but not on the strict 3pm check-in time and deposit/tax!!

The room is really too small for two people, but the bathroom is adequate. The room was also kept very clean.
Everything is done online and responses are very prompt.
After completing the accommodation registration, a deposit will be collected, which is not disclosed on the website.

Absolutely rubbish they cancelled my booking without any notice and i only found out because I was reading a couple reviews about having to download an app first to get a code to get in the front door and another where their booking was also cancelled so I checked 2 days before I was due to check and my booking was cancelled yet no refund no message so thank god I managed to find somewhere else my travel agent sorted refund really unhappy

They double charged me for our stay ($400) and then when I requested a refund they shorted me by $20. You’re paying hotel prices for hostel like accommodation. Vibes are off, amenities are missing. Bed is uncomfortable. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else. Ended up booking another hotel after realizing how horrible this place was and was not given a refund when I requested it :/

I stayed on the Queen Room. It was basic, clean and quiet. I was able to sleep for 9 hrs! Perfect for just one night, great location and in the middle of Chicago's downtown vibrant life. The pillows were very comfortable. For reference this room don't have fridge or kitchenette. People at the desk were very nice and welcoming. Rest

Had a five night stay here with daughter Basic clean hotel Good location Took a while to get used to having to put a code in to open two front doors and bedroom doors Rooms are not cleaned or towels changed during your stay but we were already told this On the whole an OK hotel
