The Neighborhood Hotel Lincoln Park

We loved this apar**ent!! Perfect place to be situated. In a vibey neighborhood, felt safe, had everything we could possibly need right here by us. Bus and train stations close by, great for a morning run too on the lakefront Enjoyed having the washer and dryer so I didn’t need to take dirty clothing home. Check in and check out was simple. Lived the sunshine on the main bedroom bed in the afternoon to lay and read! Enough space for all of us and great coffee!! Thank you we will be back! If you need a sign to book this place - THIS IS IT!!

The Neighborhood Hotel is such a cute place and in a great location. The rooms were very cozy and clean and well appointed. My family of five stayed in a two bedroom for the weekend and we will definitely visit again. The website said the city was noisy, but we didn’t notice that it was particularly loud.

Really pleased with our decision to stay at the Neighborhood Hotel. It's not your typical "hotel", as there is no front desk or lobby. Would think of it as a cool building in a great location with 10 plus apar**ents. Our apar**ent was super clean and comfortable. My daughter and I were in for a Cubs game and she wanted to explore Lincoln Park area to see if it is a place she might to live after college. Some other considerations: - Did not hear any street noise. - For folks that enjoy Lincoln Park, you're right in the thick of it with great restaurants, neighborhood bars, etc all in walking distance. - 30 min walk to Wrigley or short uber ride. - We found a parking garage with help from the Neighborhood staff (via text message), which was reasonably priced and 3 blocks away. - There's no elevator. We were in for a 2 day stay and packed light, so was not a big deal for us, but something to consider if you have a lot of heavy luggage or are planning on an extended stay.

The apar**ent was very clean and stylishly spar/mcm. It is located on a somewhat busy street but there isn’t a lot of raucous night life (at least midweek). I am a light sleeper and didn’t need the bedside noise machine to sleep well. The beds are comfortable. It’s nice to have the second full bath. The building is vintage, so no elevator. Lots of good options for restaurants within walking distance. Worked very well for us.

We loved our stay here. Such a bright and airy space. So clean and comfortable we felt like we were coming home. Easy check in and out. Loved the decor and full kitchen. Much better than a traditional hotel. Would absolutely stay again.

The Neighborhood Hotel-Lincoln Park exceeded our expectations!! I’ve been wanting to stay at one of their properties for awhile and our daughter recently moved to Lincoln Park so we were able to stay very close by her apar**ent! Our unit was very clean upon arrival (top priority) and they have done an amazing job of restoring an old building with modern touches. Beautifully decorated and we loved the art in the unit as well. The bed was very comfortable and we slept well. It’s close to the lake, restaurants and shopping!!

What a wonderful find this place was! Our venues to visit were all in the Lincoln Park area so we took a leap of faith staying for the first time. It couldn't have been better! The kitchen was well equipped with luxury appliances, as were the personal bath products. It was completely quiet despite being in the heart of the city, Living in the Grand Beach area, I will put my future overflow guests in The Neighborhood Grand Beach sight unseen! Highly recommend.

Amazing suite. Perfectly spaced for family of 6. Lots of fluffy pillows and humongous bed. It was hard keeping the girls from jumping on. Retro kitchen: well stocked, I had to stand on tiptoes to reach microwave. Cozy eating area. Would loved to have been able to stay much longer to see all of the toutist attractions thar were sooo close.
