Nice hotel. Great amenities, friendly staff but the train comes through early in the morning and honks its horn waking everyone up. Reminds me of “My cousin Vinny”

Check-in was easy. The staff was friendly. I do feel that charging $78 for overnight parking is a bit extreme and the TV in the bedroom did not work.

Pro: Beautiful decor, great food and drink options, and an awesome gym.
Cons: TV service is awful and inconsistent, the eco friendly approach is wonderful but I still expect 2 bath towels with 2 guests and trash bags so we didn't have to throw coffee pods into a metal mesh trashcan. Room could have used some more refined details

My room was very cold and was unable to change the temperature. Half of the television channels didn’t work. The staff was wonderful and the room was very clean.

Great trendy property in a wonderful location. Close proximity to all offerings in Fulton Market area. All the team members were very helpful and friendly. Nice amenities on site.

Very nice rooms and the west loop restaurants in the area are great. Not a ton of parking, garages were full quickly. Valet was expensive
