cozy, small hotel in a good area, close to everything. the rooms have everything you need, a coffee machine, wine glasses, a minibar, a refrigerator, slippers, bathrobes and the necessary toiletries. From the window of the suite, a beautiful view of Lake Michigan. the cleaning was daily, but not perfect, there was a lot of dust in the corners on the floor and on the furniture, but it was a wonderful stay and the overall impression of the hotel did not spoil. I will stop in the future.

The front desk service is very good
But the efficiency of valet parking needs to be improved. It took about 20 minutes for the bus to arrive.
The rooftop bar is not open in winter. Looking forward to staying again in the future.

The location is good because it is located in downtown, and the facilities were clean and good because it was recently remodeled.

The hotel is beautiful but the front desk staff were inexperienced and seemed too young to be working at a polished luxury hotel. I was sent an email two weeks before my stay letting me know that I will be upgraded and will receive an additional amenity (not upon availability - it was an email confirming the upgrade). Once I got there at 9pm the gentleman at the front desk had no idea what I was talking about and said they had no availability for an upgrade. He said I could check with the staff working the next day because there will be more room options. I called the front desk the next morning and was met with a very uninterested front desk staff who said he would look into it and call me back. He never called me back and after I reached out to check in he said there was no availability and could ‘show me if I didn’t believe him’.
All in all, the hotel is beautiful and the area is the best - I was looking forward to cashing in my VIP status and getting a beautiful room but unfortunately that wasn’t my experience.

The hotel ambience and service are excellent. The in hotel dining wasn’t great but it is still nice to have a place to grab a drink or a bite. The shower water kept going back and forth between hot and cold. Frustrating.

Everyone at the hotel was so nice and outgoing to help us out. We’ve been to many hotels in Chicago and out and by the far we felt like we were at home with this one. Nothing is to much is how they make you feel.
