I booked this place after checking out the review and was skeptical since it is cheap and near the bus station, but decided to try it anyway. Surprisingly the hotel looks modern, carpark space at the back is big, right across a temple which is not too noisy, yet by the road side near the bus station (50 meters away) So it will be great for people who come to Chiang Mai by long distance bus. Safe and secure, nice room with big LED TV, big room and comfy bed. Tips : Ask for a quiet room and you will get one facing the back, even more quiet than usual. They have buffet breakfast too.

- Lana co-working spaces is in the same alley as Doi Saket Yellow Car queue. Or Nawarat Road Soi 3, enter the alley a little on the right hand side - Parking is limited. You have to find a place to park in the alley by yourself. - There is a small garden in front. To sit and rest comfortably On a good day - There is a hotel section next to co working space - The working space has a service rate according to the table in the picture. - The 1st floor is a working space zone, but there are few tables - The 2nd floor is a training room - 3rd floor has 2 private meeting rooms and working space zone and Floor seating area with soft cushions and pillows If you sit in this corner, you will not sit for a long time. Looks very nice to sleep. - We come to use the service at the meeting room on the 3rd floor. There is a cup of coffee packets to make hot water to drink upstairs. - Here, the atmosphere is comfortable. On weekdays, there are few people, the caretaker focuses on wanting to be calm. Not noisy so that you won't disturb other users.

When planning our trip to Chiang Mai, my daughter gave me a shortlist of three places to stay in...I took less than three seconds to plump for this hotel. When we checked in, it was almost midnight, but Jackie the rescue Husky was there to greet us. The room was huge, super comfortable, with every thoughtful (and tasteful) touch added...the room and bathroom spotlessly clean, the latter well-provided with toiletries. We were initially intending to stay three nights and then switch to another place for our remaining two nights. But the next morning we met the rest of Ketawa's doggy family and promptly changed our bookings to stay there right through. With a packed schedule planned for every single day, the fact that breakfast service begins at 7.00 am and offers 6 ”fulfilling” options at a reasonable price was a real blessing. The meal kept us going until late afternoon/evening with just water or juice in between to beat the heat. It also gave us the opportunity to enter the dog-interaction area and cuddle Ketawa's collection of darling pooches, who were just as willing to return our kisses! All in all we had an unforgettable experience with smiling friendly staff, and a wonderfully designed property with a beautiful garden. I would definitely consider returning with a favourite book, simply to enjoy reading in the peace of the garden, the good food and service, and the ever-present company of loving animals.

I stayed at the Sakorn Hotel for 1 week on my first trip to Thailand in 6 years. Located on the tiny street 5 min walk from the pedestrian bridge over Ping river and 20 min walk from the old town, it's not in the middle of everything but is perfect for a remote worker like myself who requires peace and quiet during the day and good sleep at night. The room itself was pleasantly spacious decorated in the classic Thai style with a balcony. Internet was fast, about 200 Mbps. Breakfast was great with 5 choices so there was enough variety. Overall I had a great stay at the Sakorn Hotel, it is awesome value for the money. The only small complaint I have is that hot water in the shower was not really hot, it was either somewhat warm or somewhat cool.
