Close to the bus station and immigration office.
The reception was unattended, which was inconvenient.
My air conditioner leaked during my stay. The staff only provided a towel as a solution.

The reception staffs are friendly. Some amenities were given near reception area. But, I felt like amenities should be improved in the rooms.
I like the location for myself, as it is rather near to highway bus terminal, and central festival shopping mall, and immigration office.

It’s ok for this price. But could be better. Staff wasn’t very friendly. We arrived 30 minutes before check in and they let us wait, despite room was already ready for check in.

The hotel is very good. The parking lot is very large, the entrance is a little difficult, but the rooms are comfortable. The air conditioner is very cool. Would recommend to stay again.

I stayed at the hotel for the second time for 2 nights, everything was fine. The room was large, everything was in order, clean and comfortable. At first there was no hot water in the shower, but the staff quickly resolved the problem.
