The amenities were great. The room was clean. But the best part of the hotel was the staff, they’re so nice. We didn’t have the time to have breakfast, they packed it for us.❤️❤️❤️

Brilliant location. We were able to walk to the night bazaar and old town easily within 20mins. Room was clean and a good size for couples. Having a balcony was a bonus and they supplied a drying rack so we could dry our cloths. Shower temperature was a little temperamental. Sometimes running cold then boiling. Overall a great hotel, clean and perfectly located for exploring Chiang Mai.

Hotel is conveniently located near the Tha Phae Gate, about 5 mins walk and about 10mins walk to the bustling Sunday Night Market. Staff is welcoming and helpful with the check in and check out. Room was very clean and fully equipped, had a comfortable 4 nights stay. Would recommend the hotel to my friends.

It was an okay hotel for its price. Since it was ***** New Year, all of the hotels I used to stay in Chiang Mai was fully booked so I thought I would try this hotel. When I stayed it was under renovation so the pool can not be used and full of all the dust. And also some noises during the day. This has not been notified in advance and for health and safety with all those dust they shouldn't have let any guest stay. The hotel near the street and it was so dangerous to get out of car especially with big luggage. They painted the room brand new but shower room was still dirty. The staff was good. Towels were so dirty. Bed is the worst. It's too hard to sleep on. There are so many hotels in Chiangmai that you can stay with this price with better bed.

A small elegant hotel in a great location by the Ping River. The rooms are very clean & well designed for a comfortable stay. Close to many, many good restaurants, bars, markets & the old city. Also close to 7/11 & other supermarkets. The staff are very dedicated & helpful. Highly recommended.

The facilities are very clean and nice. It’s quiet at night and we were able to sleep well (we only heard music playing outside during the daytime). Staff is very friendly and helpful. The only downside for us was the bed was quite hard and pillows were very lumpy.

This hotel isn't quite what it used to be, after Covid (for example there is no longer a buffet breakfast, just set menu). However, the amazing staff are still doing their very best and you can't argue with the price plus what they do serve is ample, fresh and tasty. It is still very homely, clean and comfortable with a great location. If you are vegan then there is a fantastic place five minutes' walk down the road on the left. Overall, I loved my stay and would happily stay here again. Thanks!

The hotel room was very basic but clean, spacious and comfortable. The air conditioner worked really well. Breakfast was simply but good- choice of eggs, meat, bread and coffee or juice. Friendly and helpful front desk staff. Enjoyed the balcony. Free washing machine and place to dry clothes. Nice outdoor seating by the pool. A small alley to the right of the hotel will quickly take you to a nice supermarket, a few restaurants and just across the bridge are night markets and lots of places to eat and shop. Nice place for the money.

Awesome modern hotel in the center of Chiang Mai. Super friendly stuff, the hotel offers you everything you need. The beds are soft, the breakfast is tasty :)
