I recently stayed at Dorsett Chengdu, and it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. The hotel is centrally located, making it convenient for exploring Chengdu’s top attractions, including Kuanzhai Alley and Tianfu Square. The nearby metro station was a huge plus for getting around the city with ease. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, going above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable. Check-in and check-out were smooth, and the concierge team was always available to offer recommendations and assistance. Their warm hospitality added a personal touch that made us feel welcome. The room was spacious, modern, and impeccably clean, with a comfortable bed, a large desk for working, and a well-equipped bathroom with high-quality toiletries. I especially appreciated the thoughtful details, such as complimentary bottled water, slippers, and a selection of teas. The floor-to-ceiling windows provided stunning views of the city skyline, which was a highlight of our stay. The hotel’s breakfast buffet was excellent, offering a wide variety of options to cater to both Western and Chinese tastes. Overall, Dorsett Chengdu exceeded my expectations in every way. It offers exceptional value for money, combining luxurious comfort with top-notch service and an unbeatable location. Qiqi and Xiao Zhang at the front desk of the hotel have a very good service attitude. The hotel environment is good, the room is clean and tidy, the room is large, it is very close to Chunxi Road Taikoo Li, there are many delicious foods downstairs, and it is only a 100-meter walk to the subway station. It is very convenient to travel and I am very satisfied with my stay

Toilet shower better have door so when showering water won't wet the floor and washing basing can be bigger more better. Laundry no Aircon Abit hot .carpet for my room see a bit dirty. Besides that all is very perfect.

I really enjoyed staying in this hotel. The front desk Tina and Lena gave me very detail service and upgraded my room with no extra charge. The room was very clean. They provided detail service. Highly recommend you try them out. I gave a five stars!

The rooms are large, tidy and clean. Staff are courteous, very helpful and friendly. Breakfast is fantastic, service standards overall are high. Location of the hotel is excellent, walking distance to 天府广场 and 人民公园, and the 熊猫基地 is only a 30 minutes ride away.

Superb experience and great choice staying in the hotel. The room is amazing spacious with the price that I paid. Great location (walking distance to train station and attractions), generous breakfast, value for money, friendly and helpful housekeeper. Overall 4 stars hotel with 5 stars feel. Will choose the same hotel if I come Cheng Du again.
