Hotels in Tianfu Square/Chengdu Museum, Chengdu

This hotel is very popular among Thai travelers. It’s conveniently located not far from the IFS building, making it a great base for exploring the area. The room is comfortable and well-equipped, including a hairdryer, which is always a plus. The bathroom is nicely designed with separate wet and dry zones, which helps keep everything clean and tidy. They also offer luggage storage, which is very helpful if you arrive early or have a late departure.

Staff N.X was especially helpful. I had a wonderful stay at Hazens Hotel in Chengdu. The moment I arrived, the staff greeted me warmly and made me feel very welcome. Check-in was smooth and efficient, and throughout my stay the service remained attentive and professional. The room was spacious, spotless, and beautifully designed, with modern amenities that made it very comfortable. The bed was especially cozy, ensuring a great night’s sleep after a long day of exploring Chengdu. I also appreciated the thoughtful details like quality toiletries. The hotel’s location is excellent—close to key attractions, restaurants, and transport. Overall, Hazens Hotel exceeded my expectations. It combines comfort, style, and top-notch service at a very reasonable price. I would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Chengdu, whether for business or leisure, and I’ll definitely be returning on my next trip.

Pros: Good location with nice street food stalls just outside at night. Room was clean and bed was comfy. Cons: The breakfast was really bad. The food was carelessly slopped into trays and there was not much choice of items. Tables were not being cleared so the whole place was quite dirty, and it was very hot because they kept the balcony doors open. I booked this hotel because many reviews said the breakfast was good, but then at the end of our stay, the reception asked us to give a five star review in exchange for a panda keychain. I feel it is extremely dishonest to buy reviews like this.

So I went here to have a summer break just to kind of feel a little bit of relief from work. This has to be one of the best decisions I made as far as the hotel that I’ve made. It’s more about five star resort than it is a hotel. Between the sauna and the swimming pool and the gym. Everything is centrally located. We the room had everything that you need a kitchen, fully working dryer and washer and a huge bathroom Lisa Yang was the receptionist who checked me in. She was absolutely divine and checked on me to make sure everything was up to standard. I didn’t have one issue since being here in fact, I decided to extend my stay for a week and I will be back in September because I love it so much.

The hotel receptionist was friendly and nice as we checkin very early in the morning. Luckily they have someone to assist us during checkin. Drinks and snacks were provided as complimentary at the lobby area. The hotel is very near to food, spa and shopping area. Just right opposite tai koo li area. They even gave us a canvas bag with panda design on our check out day as a souvenir. Delivered my Taobao parcel and they helped to collect for me and assist me the location to collect them from the storage cupboard available nearby the hotel.

This stay experience is absolutely excellent! The hotel enjoys a prime location. It's surrounded by a bustling area, making it extremely convenient to get around. The rooms are spacious and bright. The staff members are enthusiastic and attentive. What's more, the hotel even offers a complimentary delicate afternoon tea with a wide variety of delicious pastries. There is also a free laundry service, which solves the big problem of washing and changing clothes during the trip. Whether you're on a business trip or a vacation, this hotel is a fantastic choice!

The place is a bit difficult to find if you don't know Chinese: you need to find the ICBC bank, the entrance is to the right of the ICBC as shown in one of the pictures. Show the Chinese name of the place to reception on ground floor and they will give you access to the elevator to get to the 9th floor. From there you need to walk around and find the open door that looks like an apartment but actually is where you check in. The apt is new, modern, and clean. I found the bed on the hard side but when I flipped the mattress over it was better. The sofa also was very hard to sit on. It was nice having a fridge and laundry machine.

We stayed only for 3 days, but the place is amazing. The panoramic view can be enjoyed more than this :). Location was convenient with clarets connectivity to the subway and walking distance to the nearby shopping streets. Xuemei and Lanlan helped us sooner out some minor logistical challenges, arranged a custom breakfast outside of the regular hours and made the stay perfect.

R Royalss Hotels staff and service. The moment I arrived, I was greeted by the warm and friendly front desk staff who helped me with my luggage and poured me a cup of rose tea. From the front desk reception to the room service, every employee showed meticulous care and consideration for the guests. Their professionalism and thoughtful service made my stay experience particularly pleasant. No matter what problems I encountered, they were always able to provide timely help, making me feel at home. The decoration design of the guest room is very sophisticated, full of modern atmosphere but warm and comfortable. The bed is comfortable and soft, allowing me to get a good rest every night. This is my second time to stay here. This time Front desk staff did not offer me for complimentary breakfast, overoll is good experience to stayed with R Royalss Hotels.

Perfect accommodation situated at Tai Koo Li, would highly recommend to all. Very affordable stay and a great host! Glad to have found this gem :) Location: - Just beside mall at Tai Koo Li, very convenient just to shop or even have a meal. Plenty of shops across the apartment as well. - Right at 3D screen and a few mins walk away from IFS Panda and Panda scenic bus (shuttle to various attractions - Able to view Tai Koo Li from apartment, was nice Host & Apartment - Felt very welcomed during my stay - Host gave an introduction to the accommodation when we first arrived (coffee Nespresso machine, washing machine, insect repellent etc etc everything you need!) - Other detailed instructions you may need during your stay relayed via WeChat - Host was very responsive as well - Apartment felt like home, projector TV, cushion for you to chill, 2 bedroom and 2 toilet, hangers) was very spacious too
