Hotels in Chunxi Road Commercial Area, Chengdu

The young counter staff on day shift is very helpful as she is very patient to guide me to various transport options to airport. The location is superb to take the airport bus, especially in the very early morning. Cleanliness of the room is very good and an upgrade of room for me without my request.

Great hotel in the center of Chengdu. The highlight is for sure the view of the Anshun Bridge and a tea drinking station by the window to appreciate it, as well as a little balcony. You almost don't want to go out of your room but stay in instead. The bed is very very comfortable and the room is very clean. The whole ambience of the hotel, from the lobby to the corridor and the room is very soothing, feels like a spa. The staff is very helpful and speaks great English, which makes the experience easier for foreigners as well. The only downside would be that the hotel is located across the river from a clubbing area, which makes some sound at night. But this is of course outside of the hotel's control. If you are a light sleeper, there are already earplugs provided by the bed, so the staff thought of it as well. Overall a great place to stay in Chengdu.

Located right in the middle of 春熙路, it is close to everything in the busy shopping street. Staff is very helpful and friendly and very apologetic when we had to change our booking plans. Booking page indicates the room is equipped with Smart Room management system but it does not actually. When we enquire with the staff, we were told there never was any smart room facilities in their rooms. It is kinda false advertising and we felt so shortchanged by it that we decided to cancel our booking for the rest of the days and left the same night we arrived.

First, the hotel signage name hasn't changed. Tell the taxi driver ”XIPU- HIDDEN CULTURE HOTEL” and you'll be confused. The original name was ”JIANGUO HIDDEN HOTEL /”. Second, you have to take the elevator to the 2nd floor, walk to the restaurant, and then take the elevator again to your room... I met an old Chinese man who blocked my way to my room... The advantage is that it's not far from the IFS building.

Before I picked this hotel, I read a review that said you won’t want to leave this place, and that’s exactly what happened. I truly recommend this hotel. It’s worth every penny. - The location is great, with the subway station right nearby - Food options all around and easy delivery available - The host is amazing, very kind, and always ready to help - The room has a big bathtub and beautiful lighting that creates a cozy, romantic atmosphere - Free laundry service and overall perfect service and attitude - Rooms are arranged vertically, so you might need to carry your luggage upstairs - The room is well equipped: a mini fridge, hot water station, TV, towels, and slippers, etc. Recommendation: Since the place has such a relaxing vibe, it would be amazing if the hotel also provided bathrobes. I am a big promoter of this place, thanks again!

The hotel staffs are very friendly and prompt in addressing my issues. They have 3 washing + drying machines that are free for use. They also offer free drinks and snacks at their restaurant area outside of their breakfast hour. It has a very strategic location as it is right opposite many shopping malls and beside hotspring tangyue and KTV at level 5. There are also quite a lot of famous hotpots nearby. Not to mention that Luckin coffee is at level 1 too! The only downside is that the elevators are quite congested during peak hour.

Perched at No.20 Shuwa North 3rd Street in Jinjiang District, this boutique haven nails it all. Spotless clean !! Awesome service: Staff like 7 ( seven) anticipated needs, from instant metro tips to welcome Sichuan teas and even got panda toy( it’s very cute 💓). Big rooms wow with city views, plush kings, and spa-like showers. Breakfast : Endless choices—spicy dan dan noodles, fluffy pancakes, build-your-own congee, plus vegan delights in a sunny atrium. Prime spot: around 15-Mins to Daci Temple’s serene vibes, and easy hops to Chunxi Road shops or Kuanzhai Alley eats. First trip to the city but felt in love with city of Chengdu magic!

Hotel owner is very helpful. Room is clean and has every necessities you can use, lotions, washing machine with dryer, tea set, fridge and TV system is great as well. Location is very convenient, just below you have access to all the shopping areas and food.

A familiar atmosphere instantly transported me back 21 years, to the very beginning of my career dreams. The 'Miss Dai' who was at the front desk and my contemporary back then has been replaced by younger, post-2000s faces. Yet, Wenjun Lou itself, with its genuine warmth and personal touch, remains unchanged. I'm grateful that in this restless era, places like Wenjun Lou and steadfast friendships help us remember our original intentions and stay true to our core beliefs. I promise, I'll be back to visit you often whenever I get the chance!

Fantastic hotel perfectly located - only a few minutes walking distance from Chunxi Road metro station (line 3). I came by chance to this hotel as the previous one I stayed 2 nights was fully booked for the 3rd night. If I knew I would have definitely selected this hotel for the 3 nights. I loved it. Especially the room temperature is amazing = 24 degrees (of course there is AC if you want to cooler). Perfect for a wonderful warm night. It was night and clean too. And the personnel very friendly. I recommend this hotel to whomever want to be centrally located to Chengdu ! There are also lots of shops around (for food etc.) . Amenities are also included. To summarize all was perfect and I will definitely come back to this hotel when I go back in Chengdu !
