Hotels in Chengdu East Railway Station/Tazishan Park, Chengdu

Part of Longemont chain of hotels so all amenities like pool, gym and spa are shared. Love the fact that you can directly from your room, all the way to Chengdudong station without ever leaving the hotel, although it takes some exploration. Received free upgrade so thanks to the team. You get the view of HSRs so that’s fun. Black tea, coffee, creamer and refrigerator are not provided in the room but that’s a common occurrence in China and HK.

The room was clean and tidy, and the air conditioning was fantastic. My two kids loved it and slept well. It's very convenient for taking the train. There's a barbecue market and a hair salon downstairs, so the surrounding area is very convenient! The front desk lady put some fruit in my refrigerator. I'll come again next time!

The best thing about the hotel is the comfy bed and location. We were disappointed that the photos on the listing are for the main floor of the hotel which are much nicer. We were put on the floor below which is mainly a building site and where tour groups meet at 6.30am shouting and smoking whilst eating dim sum and coffee. This woke us on two of the three mornings we stayed here. If you stay here make sure you request to be put in the rooms that are advertised. They are photo shopped, there is no view like the ones in the pictures, all we could see was a wall out of our window and the concrete entranceway. The decor of the rooms below is like school furniture. Looked cheap and nasty unlike the photos of the rooms. We stayed in the same chain in Xi’an and it was lovely, just like the photos so be warned. We didnt know until our last day when we asked to use the laundry and found the nice rooms were on the 3rd floor!

The room was very clean and comfortable, the facilities were very good, the front desk service was very good and welcoming, the location was easy to find, right at the subway entrance, there were a lot of delicious restaurants downstairs, they were open in the early morning, and the takeaway was delivered by robots, which was very convenient! It was a super happy experience to come to Chengdu with friends to play and stay!

1. 5mins walk from Chengdu East railway stn. 2. The counter staff were friendly and able to provide a solution about the warm temperature in my room. The staff at the restaurant counter seems not well trained about the hotel facility, and the male staff outside the hotel (zebra crossing junction) were unfriendly as there wasn't an eye contact when I asked him for advise pertaining to taxi booking. 3. Breakfast were overpriced. 4. Room and toilet were spacious, this was the only hotel I didnt worry about wet flooring after shower during my vacation in China between 12Mar-28Mar.

This hotel location is perfect for those who need quick and easy access to Chengdu East Railway Station and the metro station. It's just right across the street from the station on the East Square side. There is also an underground pedestrian tunnel linking the hotel complex with the railway station directly. From the basement level of the hotel complex, use the elevator to go up to the ground/first floor of Longemont Hotel. Please note that this is Longemont Hotel lobby, not Rayfont Hotel, but follow the sign that directs you to Rayfont's lobby. It's a bit tricky but it's not too hard to find, or you can ask the hotel staff. My guess is that these hotels are under the same corporation. There's also a convenient store/gift shop next to the lobby. The room was nice and the bed was comfortable. They provided you with 4 bottles of water, which is great. The water pressure in the shower was excellent. The window area didn't face the railway station directly, which is a blessing, so there was no noise coming from the station. I had a comfortable sleep.

Room was decent in size and reasonably clean. The carpet was very old and in need of changing though. The reception staff were friendly and helpful but need to smile a bit more!

This hotel might be old, since the inside room paint have a lot of water leakage mark, which not really good to be seen. But the location is very good. You can go directly to this hotel from train station, no need to go outside. Inside hotel have 711 store. Insulation is not really great, since you can hear car honking sound even though you are on 28th floor

The experience was top-notch! The service was excellent—especially the front desk lady, whose service was very thoughtful and considerate of the guests' needs. The room had a large floor-to-ceiling window with a great view, and there was a dedicated laundry room. The facilities were quite complete. I highly recommend this hotel.
