成都东站步行十二分钟刭酒店，但迷路了，老板亲自驾车來接，服务态度熱情、真诚。酒店房间清洁，床、被、枕头和毛巾很潔白，基本用品齊備，厕所有暖气，电器新净。酒店楼下有吃的，便宜，味道不错。在高铁上想起在餐厅吃早点時遗留下含纪念性的物品，致电老板代找，老板立即去找，找到后寄速递给我，太感动了。

真的很謝謝阿姨的幫忙，協助我辦理住宿，有任何問題都幫我解答，還幫我收包裹真是太感謝了！最重要的是！這幾天成都很冷，阿姨幫我準備了電熱毯，房間直接變成天堂，謝謝阿姨對我這麼好！有機會再來入住！

因為坐機場大巴和演唱會散場方便訂的這家，供參考
1.老闆接到就帶我去套間裏面的單人間（房裡開門另有小床），3房共用1個衞生間，我説我特地訂的是私人衞生間房，老闆説別人續住了現在沒房間（老闆説4-20層都是他們的），問我那你想怎麼辦，要麼就將就一晚明晚換，我説我特地訂的要怎麼補償，老闆説給一個8元紅包，我説不要然後我就聯繫攜程客服介入協商，客服那邊和老闆溝通才説讓續住人搬出來到剛剛看的房，帶我換房的人説老闆不知道這些，都是她們打工弄的，我説可是老闆當時也沒有和你們溝通確認衹是就問我怎麼辦？和攜程民宿工作人員確認起爭執也不影響我住，工作人員幫我辦理入住後還打開相冊給我看沒存我個人訊息；
2.因為是套間隔出來的房間不隔音，晚上隔壁12點多到1點多大小聲説話，聯繫民宿工作人員有幫忙溝通；
3.房間廁所很多小飛蟲，我是戴口罩睡覺的。

設施：設施中規中矩，和其他酒店差不多。
環境：很安靜，睡得很好。
衞生：房間打掃得比較乾淨。
服務：負責接待的大哥和大姐很熱情，大哥還到高鐵站來接我們了。五一節，很少有老闆會提前聯繫，這一家真的做得很好。提前聯繫還來接我們。
入住情況：本來很排斥住高鐵站附近，怕衞生條件不好，結果沒想到住起來這麼舒服。而且還給我們節約了很多時間。本來第二天中午12點過要趕高鐵，因為時間很寬裕，第二天一早去了趟青龍湖濕地公園，呼吸新鮮空氣，再騎幾圈自行車，真是太舒服了！下次還住這個民俗。

這家民宿位於成都東站附近，走路幾分鐘，周邊老闆推薦了一家麻婆豆腐店，飯菜價格合適，味道超棒。老闆為一對夫妻，非常健談，有不懂得隨時問老闆。有機會還會來的。下次來還住這家民宿，

簡單説説我的感受，我是很晚才定的，老闆很熱情也很貼心，這麼晚還來接我們。離成都東客站很近，位置很好找。房間很寬敞，也很整潔。有些小擺件很温馨。住着也很安靜，睡的很舒服。總體來説性價比很高，下次有機會還定這家。

民宿離火車站、汽車站都挺近的！如果隔天一大早需要早起趕車，這家是個不錯的選擇！會建議大家下訂有獨立衞浴的房型（如我入住實拍的圖）老闆還是挺親切的！

不要，離成都東站很近，走路10分鐘，老闆人人不錯，在公寓樓裏面，非常安靜安全，樓下電梯口24小時有保安，房間乾淨整潔
