The service of this hotel is really great! When we checked in, they saw that we had children and upgraded our room for free, and helped us take our luggage to the room. As Christmas is approaching, the hotel has a good Christmas atmosphere. The front desk manager Cindy is very professional. Because my nose is sensitive, after I told her, she took the initiative to select 3 rooms and took me to the room to choose. After checking in, the room had no odor and was relatively quiet. I give her a thumbs up for her excellent and patient service 👍👍Next time I come to Longquan, I will still choose this hotel

The hotel is in a great location. There is a one-stop service for eating, drinking and having fun in Qiyi Square. The food court on the underground first floor is particularly domineering! The hotel has complete hardware facilities and an infinity pool. The hotel environment is beautiful, and it feels like a paradise when you look out the window. The breakfast variety is super rich, and the restaurant is spacious and grand. Parking is convenient and free. It's just that the hotel lobby is located on the 16th floor, which is a bit unaccustomed.

Amazing! We chose this hotel for its prime location and promising facilities, amenities and views. Our room was clean and very spacious for a family of 3. We enjoyed the swimming pool and the hot tub - there’s even a sauna here. Having a washing machine and drier in the room made it convenient for us to wash and dry our wet clothes from swimming. Our stay here was worth every penny. Highly recommended. We will definitely stay here again on our next visit to Chengdu.

for five star hotel this is the worst service we never see it before!!! very bad attitude. the receptionist，contemptuous, arrogant. if you visit ChengDu，please just go to any other hotel except here. otherwise you’ll have a bad time . 如果你想感受五星级酒店应有的一切特别是服务，那么入住这里绝对是一次极其糟糕的体验与选择，整个前台接待人员傲慢无礼，歧视顾客，并且话语中透露着挑逗与无知，语言尖酸刻薄。并且毫无服务意识，对于顾客合理意见也是拒绝接受，并且也不会做出任何反馈与改善。这种服务风格在五星级酒店中真是独树一帜。

This is the third time I stayed at the Nikko Hotel Yixin Lake. Coincidentally, I met the same receptionist, Mr. Devin, who was very patient, enthusiastic and thoughtful. I even upgraded my room the second time. The first time I booked, I thought it was a new hotel and wanted to try it. The decoration is warm and has a sense of design, and the materials are thick and textured. Hygiene: The room was cleaned thoroughly, and there were notes and doll gifts left, which felt very warm. Seeing that we drank a lot of tea, they gave us several more bottles of water. Restaurant: The breakfast is rich, with Japanese, Western and Chinese styles, and I especially like the Japanese breakfast. The restaurant service is very Japanese and warm. The mattress is moderately soft and hard, the bedding is extremely comfortable, and I had a good night's sleep. There is a starry sky swimming pool, the facilities are very complete, the towels and drinking water provided are in place, and the towels are also thick. The service, food, and environment all make people feel that it is worth the money. It is worth staying again, thank you!
