Chengdu Chenghua District Hotels

First time bringing my kids to Chengdu, and I chose the Ben Hotel near Chunxi Road. Downstairs, there's a food street, a pedestrian street, and a 24-hour convenience store. The surrounding area is lovely, right by the Jinjiang River. The hotel itself is clean, the service is great, and they even gave us free 'bingfen' (shaved ice dessert). I'll definitely come back again!

The location is good as it is close to chengdudong, but it is actually around 10 minutes walk and even further if you want to reach the metro, and it is quite confusing as there is another rayfont international hotel not to be confused with this rayfont apartment hotel, which might misled you. Room is pretty neat and comfortable and staff service is good, but we were given a room facing the train station and the sound proofing is very bad where the train announcement can be heard and it disrupt our sleep.

Highly recommend this Loft B&B on Wangping Street! Just a few steps outside, you'll find a bustling snack street brimming with local flavor, making it incredibly convenient for evening food adventures. The high-ceilinged room is airy and comfortable. The host was incredibly helpful, and his recommendations were super practical. Overall, a perfect experience!

My stay at the Chengdu Kapok Hotel completely exceeded my expectations! It happened to be my birthday, and Winnie, a wonderful staff member, proactively asked if I'd like a complimentary cake. She actively coordinated with the decor company throughout the process, and the moment I opened the door, I was deeply moved by the special celebratory ambiance and exquisite details in the room. Winnie not only helped with the room arrangements but also assisted with the TV screen casting details, even during her break. She always responded to my messages promptly, making it a truly delightful and unforgettable birthday experience. The hotel's attention to service details is truly impeccable; from the warm greetings at check-in to the well wishes at check-out, every single employee made me feel like family. The room was clean and comfortable, and the night view was absolutely stunning. Combined with Winnie's enthusiastic and attentive service, the entire experience was simply perfect! I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a special celebratory touch. The Kapok Hotel is definitely the top choice for celebrating anniversaries or any special occasion! I'll absolutely be back next time!

The environment is very good, with complete facilities. It's a duplex apartment, about 70 square meters. There are many attractions and restaurants nearby, which is very convenient. The price is right, the room is spacious and bright, and it feels like home. It was a pleasant trip.

The biggest surprise was its incredibly convenient location, making it super easy to get back after an evening of shopping or exploring. The smart features in the room truly cater to modern needs! As winter approaches, my absolute favorite has to be the heated smart toilet – returning to the room each day brought such a comforting sense of warmth and well-being. Evenings were bliss, snuggled in bed binge-watching shows on the 100-inch ultra-clear projector, complemented by the hotel's thoughtful welcome fruit. The vacation vibe was instantly dialed up to max! The attention to detail truly shines through: bedside USB charging ports, automatic sensor lighting, the refreshing scent of the custom toiletries... every design element felt perfectly executed and well-thought-out. The front desk staff's smile was incredibly warm, and every time I walked past, they would proactively ask if I needed any assistance.

This hotel must have some 'life-extending magic'! After checking in and rushing to my room, I found the air conditioning already set to a comfortable 26℃, making it feel like snuggling into a sun-dried quilt – so cozy! The mattress was super soft, molding into an 'ergonomic nest' as soon as I lay down, a dream for night owls! The bathroom mirror had a built-in ring light, making every pore glow when I put on makeup, and hot water came out instantly, like being enveloped by a warm waterfall during my shower. The auntie at the breakfast area was adorable; she saw my hand shaking while picking up a bun and piled a 'little mountain' of them for me. The soy milk was as sweet as if it had honey, and the fried dough sticks were so crispy they could be used as castanets! When checking out, a staff member named Xiao Sun at the front desk gave me a peppermint candy, calling it a 'wake-up pill' in case I got sleepy on the high-speed train. The whole experience was like opening a blind box, full of surprises everywhere. I'm definitely staying here again next time!

The hotel's location is excellent, and the service was absolutely amazing! From the moment we stepped into the lobby, every staff member's warm smile and professional greeting made us feel incredibly valued. The rooms were spacious and luxurious, and the bedding was exceptionally comfortable, ensuring a perfect night's sleep. The dining experience was equally outstanding; the breakfast offered a rich variety of delicious options. The attention to detail was evident throughout, truly living up to its five-star quality. Our stay was absolutely flawless. We will definitely choose this hotel again and wholeheartedly recommend it to all our friends!

The location is very central and convenient to explore the city. The neighbourhood is vibrant at nights and you can find lots of good restaurants at walking distance. I particularly appreciated the breakfast they offer, with variations every day. There is a gym, a laundry and a panoramic terrace on the 7th floor. The staff is very kind, I made a mistake in setting the washing machine cycle (all in Chinese) and 3 people helped me out to rescue my clothes. Before we left, we were given extra water for the upcoming day. Very appreciated.
