Four Points Hotels in Chengdu

So happy with my one week stay in Dorsett Grand Chengdu!! Had a great service from 小余 Eva during check-in & she was so nice to upgrade me to a Suite!! Love the clean & spacious space… Furnitures & interior were well maintained. Housekeeping sisters are really nice people too, they always gave me things that I need quickly whenever I ask. I must also highlight about the security level at night in the hotel made me feel safe at all times, which are many male staffs looking after at ground floor… Every staffs had made this hotel a great place to stay, well done!! :D

The room itself was spacious, well-appointed, and offered all the amenities you'd expect from a hotel of this caliber. The bed was extremely comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep after a day of exploring Chengdu. The bathroom was clean and modern, with a great shower that had strong water pressure—a small detail that makes a big difference. One of the standout features of Crowne Plaza Chengdu is its excellent location. It’s situated right in the heart of the city, making it easy to access popular attractions, shopping centers, and restaurants. This convenience made my stay even more enjoyable, as I could easily walk or take a short ride to wherever I needed to go. The hotel's dining options were also impressive. The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of both Western and Chinese dishes, ensuring that there was something for everyone. The quality of the food was high, and I particularly enjoyed the fresh pastries and local specialties. The facilities at Crowne Plaza Chengdu are top-notch. The fitness center was well-equipped, and the indoor pool was a great place to relax after a long day. I also appreciated the business center, which made it easy to catch up on work when needed. While the hotel is slightly older, it is well-maintained, and the charm of the classic design adds to the overall experience. In summary, Crowne Plaza Chengdu exceeded my expectations in terms of service, comfort, and convenience. It’s a great choice for both business and leisure travelers, and I would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting Chengdu.

In terms of value, I felt that the hotel was worth the price, especially given its prime location and the amenities provided. However, it's worth noting that the decoration and overall aesthetic of the hotel felt quite dated. While everything was clean and functional, a refresh would certainly enhance the overall experience. Overall, a good stay with some room for improvement in terms of decor.

it was a very nice stay thanks to the kind and friendly staff🤗 they are solution oriented. Breakfast is nice, the rooms are clean and size is enough. They have free self laundry. Just a little suggestion they can change the elevator card reading system 💡 Overall good value for money!

Grand ParcVue is in a very convenient location. Unit is well maintained, breakfast is good with ala carte buffet options. The hotel managers and staff take extra effort to ensure a comfortable stay. Thank you all!

Despite of the excellent location and hardware, what makes the Chengdu JW Marriott stand out from all the other competitors from the city is definitely the service. Floy is absolutely the best service manager I have ever met in my worldwide journeys and I will feel guilty if I don’t share my experience with anyone who is looking for a perfect hotel in Chengdu.
