4. The hotel is well-equipped, with a laundry room offering free use with 4 washing machines & 4 dryers. This is especially suitable for guests plan for a long trips but plan not to bring too many clothes.
5. The rooms are clean and tidy, with no unpleasant odors.

1. The shower water can suddenly become quite hot, and you need to adjust it almost to cold water to fix the issue.

The hotel was perfectly located. The metro was right in front of the building, with many shops and restaurants nearby. All the sights were easily accessible by metro or on foot.
The room was very nice and clean. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and they helped us with any questions we had! Shoutout to NN :)
The breakfast was also incredible, with a very varied and incredibly delicious selection. The afternoon tea and pastries as well as the evening snack were also very tasty.
We look forward to our next visit :)

Great hotel located opposite Lan Kwai Fong area. The hotel is easy to spot as there is clear signage. Staff at the reception counter are helpful and friendly. There are also free snacks upon check-in. The view at level 14 is marvellous, especially at night. The stay was so wonderful I decided to book it for the second night, this time, I enjoyed the river view. I wished the room had a full-length mirror and an improved hairdryer though. The hotel has many other services, including washing and dryer. Highly recommended to all!

There is 3 Atour hotel within range of 2km so please make sure you got the full address before hop on the cab. Their laundry service is free, and got extra detergent and anti bacterial to use. The hotel only got 1 working lift due to construction reason and they got mini robot help to deliver food and stuff, so convenient so advanced, good job China

The hotel is close to Wenshu Monastery Metro station (Line 1, 5-10min walk) and a good starting point for travelling in all directions. The staff at the reception was nice and they tried their best to explain everything to us in English (translating tools are very helpful/needed here in general!). Although the hotel has a non-smoking policy (signs are up everywhere), nobody really cares and the lobby as well as the room had a cigarette smell. Nevertheless, the hotel and the room was very clean, although the glorious times of the Celebrity are over. It is a bit old and could need some renovation during which they could also install a noise protection that cancels the sound from your neighbors (we had someone next to us snoring all night and we could perfectly hear it). However, the breakfast compensated for a lot. The selection of mostly Chinese dishes was amazing. Overall, the hotel has a fair cost/performance ratio and we can recommend it.

Extremely in love with this hotel. Husband chose it for our honeymoon. Room was cosy and clean, with all amenities replenished daily. Linings are clean and the staffs are all very friendly. It is convenient for the receptionists to answer my doubts as I can connect to them via WeChat. The receptionist at lvl 1 (小邱) is kind and helpful. Breakfast is nice, so was afternoon tea. Location is near to IFS and many other food and souvenir shops, perfect for a quick bite or last minute shopping. Thank you for the wonderful experience I had in Chengdu! Will definitely stay again 🥰

I wished that I didn’t change my itinerary so I could stay here longer.
The hotel is in good location, walkable to Chunxi Road metro station. Across the bridge is Chunxi Road area.
The room was very clean, the service was marvellous.
After checked in, the staff brought some drinks and snack to room. They served afternoon tea and night porridge. The staff helped me to do laundry and brought it to my room. One of them speak good English and very helpful.
The internet connection was also great, I haven’t able to sync my phone for 3-4 days, but had no issue here, pretty happy.
I will come back to see pandas and definitely will stay here.

This Hotel lobby counter staff was very friendly and helpful. They gave you advice on place to eat and visit. Hotel and room was clean and well maintain. Laundry was provided free of charge, there is a basket in the room. Dirty clothes just put in the basket bring it down when going out in the morning and collect it when you return in the evening, They will wash for you. Although is near to the main road, it was not noisy. Hotel is very near Line 2 metro station and also 300m to 成都宽窄巷子.

This was one of the best hotel experiences I’ve had. For the price range, it has a lot of amenities provided for you in the hotel room, such as a foot soak, soft drinks, tea set, ear plugs, and a tea service between 9am-6pm.
The room is also very clean compared to other hotels i’ve stayed at. The room was spotless and dust free.
The staff is also super friendly and will make an extra effort to make sure you have a comfortable stay. 金丽 (jin li) helped accommodate an early check in for me and made sure I had everything I needed to make sure I had a comfortable trip. Thank you!

GGuest User”Create the wilderness in the south, stay humble and return to the countryside”, the name is full of poetry and picturesqueness, but I went there because of the zero negative reviews. I thought what kind of B&B makes everyone like it so much that I can't bear to leave negative reviews. Stayed for one night and it was a really different experience. Simple, ancient style, ancient charm and a bit of Zen. If you wander around the courtyard for nothing, you will find a lot of ingenuity, such as throwing pots, shooting arrows, teasing the parrot that can only bark but cannot speak, and writing calligraphy; you can also watch Meditate, meditate, relax, and forget the troubles of the world with eyes full of green. In front of the hall, there is a cactus owned by Mr. Gu, who is over 80 years old, and it makes me deeply moved. I ate breakfast while smelling the fragrance of books. It was a really different feeling. The breakfast and dinner were exquisite and rich, and many arrangements surprised you. The staff are friendly and make you feel at home, all in all a pleasant trip.

TTAT YANGI had a wonderful experience at this hotel! I accidentally left my international converter in my room, but when I called the front desk, I was assisted by 小灵 and 小岚. They were incredibly efficient and helpful, going above and beyond to arrange the delivery of my converter to my current hotel. I really appreciated their prompt and thoughtful service.

She doesn't speak much English, but we can use a language translator to communicate. The room is brand new and impressive. The bed is good, the mattress is good, there is a projector, cute decorations, hot water to drink, the bathroom is clean, there is a mirror with lights, which is very cute. It is worth the price. The accommodation is near the selfie panda, the dam glow, and it is only 8 yuan from the bus station. It is very convenient to take the D I D I. There are also restaurants around the accommodation. If you want to stay in this city, it is very convenient.

JJaneyyy89This resort is nothing short of amazing and I would definitely rate this resort 10/10! I have a young toddler aged 18MO & elderly parents above 70YO during this stay and we absolutely loved our stay here. Value-for-money (we stayed during off-peak season, weekday, about RMB1000/night for our original room type), relatively new, clean & big rooms.
Some noteworthy details:
- Service is top-notched. Staff were friendly & very helpful. We could see that they really put in their heart into the work they do. They even gave our little one a panda toy & she loves it - a really nice gesture by the resort.
- The resort is located at Jintang, a hot spring precinct. With Trip.com, we booked the hotel bundle/package and it was fantastic. The key items in the package include:
(a) A free strawberry picking experience at a nearby humble farm called 许姐草莓采摘. Each booking entitles you to 500g worth of strawberries (transport at own expense, only about RMB10 by Didi). The strawberries were big and juicy, we were lucky cos they are in season now!
(b) 40-min Himalayan Salt Therapy/Bath for 1 pax/room
(c) Outdoor hot spring experience for the whole family (my 18MO loves it too!). There are many pools to choose from & we could find one which was not too hot for our baby. This is otherwise chargeable from RMB228/pax to RMB468/family of 2A1C.
(d) Bicycle rental, but we didn’t try it as it was too cold.
- Resort looks amazing, both indoors & outdoors! There were a number of activities for children to enjoy too but our naughty one is too young to appreciate it. Older kids will love them.
- We also loved the hotel’s concept of having complimentary bottles of distilled water etc. which is really important to us as we needed a lot of water for our baby’s food. This meant that that we did not have to go to the trouble of finding a supermarket, which is quite a distance away.
- We managed to snag a free upgrade to a Spring 2-Bedroom Villa due to our Accor Gold membership & it’s low peak season. All villas come with private pool - ours was available both on L1 & L2.
- Hotel uses quality furnishing & Toto toilet, definitely a plus. Water pressure is great too.
- We had all our meals at L’Orange as there are no nearby eateries & our time is limited due to our baby. The steamboat set is pricey but highly recommended! The fish & lamb meat (can be changed to beef at diner’s request) were fresh & really good. We liked all the other meat dishes too except for the dumplings. If you have Accor Plus membership, the usual discounts are available too. The hotel breakfast is also at the same restaurant. Breakfast selection was good even though there were not many guests.
Areas of improvement:
- Resort was able to provide a baby cot for our 18MO. However, the mattress was a little hard & the cot was creaky, it kept our baby awake.
- The air-con ventilation vents are directly above the baby cot and it became too cold for our baby in the middle of the night. Couldn’t adjust the temperature no matter what. The staff managed to made it warmer the following night but it resulted in some loud noises, probably issues with the damper.
- Rooms can be a little cleaner (e.g we saw dust balls on the floor).

LlensudThe breakfast buffet was excellent with a wide variety of choices that we really enjoyed. However, our experience with the room temperature was less than ideal. The bedroom was too hot, and despite trying to lower the temperature, the air conditioning didn’t seem to work. We called the front desk, and although they were responsive, the solution provided was not what we expected. A housekeeping staff member brought us a standing fan and suggested we turn off the air conditioning, turn on the fan, and open the window instead. It wasn’t the most comfortable solution. Overall, the service was polite, but the temperature issue affected our stay.

GGuest User1) Subway station is 30 seconds right across the road.
2) Location is good because it is enveloped by a few famous narrow alleys selling handicraft, snacks, desserts, souvenirs, Chinese artwork etc, and have endless food stalls, coffee shops that surround the hotel, buzzing with activities all day till at least 11pm.
3) Hotel staff speak minimal English but they do understand it albeit not able to converse freely. Naturally using PTH is best.
4) Staff in the entire hotel are very friendly, courteous, pleasant and accommodating, trying to help in any way possible.
5) Bespectacled night manageress in a black suit was very welcoming and sweet. She offered to upgrade us when the room originally assigned for us was not as quiet as we had requested when we booked it. She led us to see the original one ( 2/F )and the other one ( the quieter one on 3/F ) and let us choose.
6) The upgraded room ( 3/F ) was a suite and it was really nice --- very quiet with courtyard view and tasteful lay out.
7) Cannot praise enough for the delightful suite -- spacious and elegant ; super clean ; smells nice , refreshing and just right not overwhelming ; white crispy bed linen ; daily turn down service; endless supply of fresh bottled water on daily basis ; spotless tumbler and fresh bottle of water by the bedside table every evening; everything you touch is spotless ; wooden flooring matching Chinese wooden furniture in simple design giving out this classy Chinese feel ; free to consume anything for the 1st time in the mini bar ; tea & coffee replenished daily ; kettle and coffee machine; free stationery like scissors, stapler, clips, pencil and pens etc; toiletries like vanity set, combs, toothbrush etc replenished daily ; spacious bathroom with double wash basins and clean white towels ; wash basins in rose gold but not tacky; shower drainage not smooth on 1st night but they fixed it and no prob thereafter ; water pressure from shower was good and plenty of marble top inside shower room for your own toiletries ; bathtub with fresh rose petals on 1st night and various types of bath salt ; big screen to watch telly while in tub ; separate toilet near living room; ample wardrobe space and power operated blinds and black out blinds. They provide steam iron on request but it would be better to have a proper flat iron if you want to press pants and other thicker harder material. Steam iron is only good for silk or plain cotton. Even linen is better with a flat iron.
8) This is a 100% Chinese ambience hotel from lobby to our suite but nothing is gaudy or ostentatious because everything is simple, no fuss, low-key, very clean, good architecture, functional and all colour combo is soothing to the eyes.
9) We ate at their restaurant the 1st night and food was ok -- dan dan noodles slightly overcooked so it was a bit mushy. Fried rice was a huge serving with fresh shrimps and nicely cooked. Tea could be hotter. Service was attentive, efficient and proper.

The comforter kind of smelt like smoke, and some of the wall/flooring was a bit chipped, but otherwise the staff was very helpful and accommodating. Very close to IFS/Taikoo Li and subway/ bus to see the giant pandas. I would definitely recommend this to someone a budget. Off the side of the street, so may be too loud for someone who is a very sensitive sleeper.
