Check-in was easy as I had already checked in online through the Marriott app. I had a suite which was perfect for the three of us. It was nice to have two TVs and two thermostat controls. The kitchen was well equipped but we didn't use anything except the coffee maker. The bathroom was large and had a shower/bath combo. The room smelled very clean and I saw no dirt. The breakfast in the morning had a lot to chose from and was included in the reservation. All of the staff was friendly and the hotel seemed fairly new. There is also a bar in the reception area.

Breakfast must be paid by yourself. When you arrive at the airport, you need to call the hotel to inform the hotel bus to pick up. The hotel is about 10 to 15 minutes drive from the airport. You must also make an appointment when you leave the hotel.

The location of the hotel is very good, close to the airport. There is a sl3 bus to the city and subway station at the door. Convenient transportation. The room is large, especially the bathroom. Comes with a sofa bed. Suitable for Sancha home and even with two children. Western breakfast is almost the same. Suitable for people who have been traveling for a few days

The hotel was nice, in a convenient area for our day trips into downtown Boston. The staff was kind and accommodating, had a room ready so we could check in an hour early, they got us extra chairs for our room when asked. The room was very clean and nice, modern and bright. Everything worked like it should. We felt safe, due to needing our key card to get anywhere in the building, including the elevator. The covid protocol seemed to be up to snuff too. Our biggest complaint is that the pool was broken and there was no advance notice given. We would have picked a different hotel because 95% of the reason we stayed in a hotel at all was to have the pool! Very unhappy about this. Also the breakfast was lame. Almost no fresh fruit, everything was cold and bland, and the variety was lacking. I realize we went in the middle of the week and there weren’t a lot of other guests, but it was still disappointing, having paid for the hotel for the free breakfast and the pool. We ended up eating out for two of the breakfasts because the first day was so disappointing. Also the pull out bed was sketchy (if a grown human had slept on it, it would have been very uncomfortable. Our kid was small and light and said it wasn’t her favorite bed haha), and the blanket on the king bed was too small for the bed somehow. Really wanted to love it, but had some issues. Might want to call and ask about the pool if that’s a deal breaker for you. We should have and I regret not doing that extra step.

The hotel and room were nice. The hotel felt very new as if it had recently opened or was renovated. There was plenty of space inside the room and the beds were comfortable. The bathroom was also nice and clean. We did have to call and ask for soap since there was none in our room upon arrival (which is odd during CoVid times) but soap was very quickly delivered to us. The hotel had a breakfast in the lobby and it was a pretty standard selection of breads, fruit, and yogurt. I was disappointed to see that there were not a lot of tongs and people were using this hands and some food was just left out in the open. People were not required to sanitize their hands or wear masks in the area where the food was. Our checkin experience was not great. We did arrive earlier than the check in time and the staff didn’t seem thrilled about it. They pretty much told us we could sit in the lobby and wait an hour or so before checkin started. We asked if there was anywhere in the area to go to walk/eat/shop and they told us there was a home goods and Starbucks nearby. They didn’t give us directions and we ended up googling them. We ended up going there to just wait it out until we could come back and check in. We were going into Boston that night for a show and it was easy enough to get in/out of Boston. It was a good place to stay for the night.
