It was a good trip the front desk agent was horrible and rude.

The hotel was average not terrible not good, the bartender was also the cook. So that was not the most pleasant experience, and I was forced to stay in a handicapped room with window shades not working. Didn’t hate it but didn’t love it

The hotel, lobby, and rooms are all very good, but the facilities are a bit old, the room hygiene is okay, the breakfast is quite rich, the holiday price is relatively high, and the price/performance ratio is average.

The pool was very small. My son tried all 3 days we were there to go in but was always full with no space. The staff was amazing and very accommodating.

The breakfast lady, really helped to make my stay much better. Melanie was also sympathetic for my recent loss.
Her breakfast was always clean and displayed nicely.

I really liked the updated rooms and convenient location. Check in was a bit delayed because our room wasn't ready but the front desk staff was pleasant. Our only complaint really was the breakfast. The options were good but there just wasn't enough based on the occupancy. Plus, star wait it down 15 minutes early every day with people still in line.

Great room, very clean. Good customer service. A little pricy but they did have a shuttle to the airport and a complimentary breakfast.
