The the hotel room was kind of annoying bash my legs on the bed constantly my mother ripped her toe off on the tub getting out of the shower and there was no refrigerator which I needed it for my medicine

I liked this hotel a lot but if you stay on the fourth floor you’re going to get lost guaranteed they built the higher floor on the opposite side of the building Other than that it was good

Wonderful! Love The Ryder Hotel! Location is wonderful as well as the pool and coffee shop! Rooms are clean and modern and the staff is very helpful. Planning on staying there again soon!

All was great with the stay except for the extra charges when checking out. $35 daily “amenities charge”, not even sure what that means. A $10 credit card usage charge ? I get I pay for food charged to room HOWEVER I assumed my reservation thru ******* included all room charges, and taxes including pool usage?!

This hotel is stunning and the staff are so kind! We had our baby in tow and the bar let us take our drinks and food up to the room. Valet was so nice and the hotel is gorgeous! It’s in a great location! Will stay again for sure!

Reserved a two queen room, when I arrived they didn’t have one and I was stuck in a tiny room with just one queen, too late to find another room. So we had to share a bed. Unacceptable I didn’t get what I paid for and was not given a discount. Will never stay here again.

We were given the smallest room in the hotel at 150 square feet. We could barely get into the bathroom. We asked to be moved after a day and they did move us. The hotel then lost power at midnight and we had no air through the night or any power in the morning. We were packing in the pitch black with our iPhone flashlights. Hallways were completely black. 2 days later and we have not received any communication from the hotel which I think is terrible. We did like the hotel and location otherwise but our experience was not a good one.
