"I don't know why this hotel has such a low rating. The hotel is in a quiet location, and you can see the river from the bedroom window. Outside the bedroom, there's a living area with a sofa, desk, and bar; the sofa can be converted into a bed. There's also a small balcony. The room was very clean, and the bed was comfortable. The breakfast was plentiful, with nuts like pine nuts and cranberries. It's about a 7-8 kilometer drive from Savannah's old town."

"Booked for 2 days, cancelled 1st day before the cancel deadline, no refund. Arrived the second night. The room looked dated but clean. Later noticed the rust on the door, table lamps, drawer handles, Black furry crap on the vent, TV doesn't work, phone doesn't work, broken door lock, the toilet seat was flopping around loose as a goose. Then the next morning noticed mold on one of the pictures. This was the worst hotel ever. Trip.com would not honor the cancelation even though I canceled before 4:00 pm the prior day."

Constant noises from bottles being moved, jarred, barstools scraping across the floor. Outside/courtyard wall has restaurant and one evening, a jazz band (you can’t make this stuff up) which was all of four feet from our window."

However, we forgot a bottle of wine we had purchased in the room and they failed to inform us even though we didn’t get our car from valet for several hours after checkout AND they identified us as the people that checked out when we picked it up. Sure, it was our fault that we forgot it but I expected a higher level of service from this hotel."
