Great place! Very clean and the staff were very helpful and nice! The room was clean and was stocked with everything! Our room even had a Keurig  and a microwave plus a mini fridge.
We had the top floor and the corner room which we have never had before but the view was amazing!

I was very unhappy. The air condition did not write work in the room. It would not come on. We were sweating and hot. We called the front desk and spoke to Billy. He told me that he would make a report, but he had no maintenance people available to get the air condition working. He offered to change the room however, it was 1 o’clock in the morning and my child was sleeping. So I did not want to be disturbed so I just laid there awake sweating all night. When ******* tried to call to resolve the issue for me, there was no report of it and Billy wasn’t there so they wouldn’t help me very upsetting. He should’ve done a report like he told me he would.

Design was weird. TV was at a right angle to both the bed and the couch. No place to hang towels to dry for reuse. Half of the electrical outlet in the bathroom was too far behind the mirror to use. Parking lot is in the back but the back entry door was out of order for our entire 3 night stay. For the price of the room, a free breakfast would have been nice. When we checked out, we were not asked anything about our stay. The hotel chain has some kind of corporate greeting app that only gave generic answers to questions.

Hotel was safe, clean and comfortable. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Only thing that ****** was no hot water for my shower due to the hotel being at capacity. Maybe don't book the hotel to capacity if it prevents hot water for your guests.

They have everything here! Perfectly suited to the business traveler who doesn't want the "bland" Hampton or similar property. Thanks to Cambria for thinking of what the business traveler and others want in a hotel.

Shower, water, lukewarm at its best. My husband and I woke up with several bite marks. Did not find any bedbugs but definitely was from the room.

The front desk staff were super sweet and helpful. Location is very convenient. However, the shuttle was not running and the patio was not set up to enjoy. Good price fir location.

For what the hotel has to offer, in my opinion, the price is more than reasonable. most other hotels i’ve stayed at for this price have been half as nice with less to offer. the hotel is clean, modern and the staff is incredibly friendly. the rooms are very comfortable, also modern and includes a smart TV, while being unique compared to any other hotel i’ve stayed at. i’ve traveled across the country twice in the past two years and i wish there were more of these places!

Great stay! Went to Charleston for a girls weekend. Room was clean and comfortable. The staff was also very friendly and helpful.
