民宿位於鳳凰山單樅茶的原產地，周圍都是茶園，老闆品味不俗，從硬件到軟件都相當講究，民宿有小童戲水的泳池，特別適合暑假帶娃來度假，慢節奏的生活，喝喝茶爬爬山，老闆主業是做茶葉，民宿衹是玩票的副業哈哈，老闆非常的熱情好客。下次來潮汕一定還回來這裏住，除了離市區略遠一點，其他完美，想安靜的可以來這裏，推開門就是茶園，心情特別明媚。

武夷山潮州鳳凰鎮旅遊，一路上這家老闆是服務差的酒店。講話愛答不理，看店的人外地人，問些當地景點基本是不知道三個字。早飯男老闆帶到街邊店上吃。總之你要是個外地人想做些當地的旅遊資訊，老闆和老闆年基本上是我們沒有這項服務。
旅行外出這許多年，還是第一次見到這樣拉着長臉做飯店生意的老闆。
