The bath and toilet are separated into three parts. If you take a longer bath, water will leak from the glass partition to the floor between the toilets. In fact, it would be better to strengthen the waterproofing under the glass wall.

The hotel 🏨 is located on the edge of the ancient city, which just brings a sense of tranquility. I chose a room with two queen beds, which was very large. You could also drink tea and enjoy the scenery by the window. It is also very convenient to get in and out. You can reach Guangji Building in a few minutes' walk, and there is a taxi station downstairs.

Located in Chaozhou City, about 100 meters from the north entrance of Paifang Street, the hotel faces the city wall. Because within the city, you can walk to various tourist attractions in Chaozhou, and the relatively close tourist attractions are Wai Jiao. Cars can arrive in front of the hotel. 3. Hygiene. The hotel room is very clean. It can be seen that it is kept clean and pays great attention to hygiene. 4. Reception. I originally booked a double room, but after asking the boss, the receptionist upgraded me to a twin room for free. Bonus points for that. I can understand why the brothers who gave 5 points here gave 5 points. 5. Service. After returning to the hotel at 10 pm, I found that the door could not be locked. I called the hotel owner and he said that as long as the door could not be opened from the outside, there would be no problem. Moreover, all hotel employees were off work after 9 pm, ensuring that no one would open it with a card. My room door. When I expressed my doubts and worries, the boss directly asked me to check out and refund my money. He had an attitude of not being able to live in the hotel for a long time, and he was as good as a guest. Haha, this is a hotel where there is no waiter or security guard after 9pm, the door cannot be locked, and it is pitch black and eerily quiet outside. If anyone with courage can challenge me, I will never come again anyway. In summary, the most terrifying thing about this illegal store is not the door lock problem, but the owner's failure to provide customers with normal demands and services. This is a hotel that doesn't even offer a sense of security. Please be careful when staying in this hotel.

We called after 11 o'clock on the day of check-in to confirm whether we would check in. We said we would arrive after 12 o'clock. The front desk said that there was a room (208) that had not yet been checked out and we had to wait. After we said it was okay, it was already available. The room (209) was settled first. After going out for fun and returning to the hotel around 5:30, the front desk said that the guest in room 208 wanted to "pay for an extension" to check out at 4 o'clock, so room 208 was still being cleaned and asked us to wait. Soon, we entered room 208 at almost 6 o'clock. As soon as we entered the room, our companion said that we could not go in because the smell of disinfectant water was very strong, so we went to room 209 to rest... So far, we have not pursued the matter. I left the hotel around 7:30 in the evening and came back from the tour around 10:30. The front desk had already finished get off work, and my companion who stayed in Room 208 had not slept well all night due to the smell in the room. He wanted to report it to the front desk when he checked out the next day. We were ready to check out at 8 a.m. the next day, but there was no one at the front desk, so we called the number on the poster. When the phone was picked up, we told the other party that there was a serious smell in the bathroom in the room at the end of the day and asked the hotel to provide a solution. The other party said: "Just leave a negative review." After hanging up the phone, the entire conversation lasted 20 seconds. The hotel owner has a great business, but in Chaozhou's landmark tourist destination, he receives so many tourists from all over the country every day. Such a "welcoming attitude" really makes us tourists feel "regrettable". In the end, Ctrip's official customer service compensated us 150 RMB for this matter, saying that the other party refused to call to apologize and had a bad attitude, and also apologized for our poor check-in experience. This incident has come to an end, and the above experience will provide a reference for future guests.

The hotel is located on the edge of the ancient city. It takes about fifteen to twenty minutes to walk to Guangji Tower. Since the hotel faces the street and the sound insulation is not very good, it is still a bit noisy. There is no phone at the front desk of the hotel. You can only contact the hotel through the Ctrip homepage phone number. However, the boss is not in the store, so if you need services, you need to go to the front desk yourself. In addition, there were stains on the walls and roof of the room. The hot pot restaurant recommended by the girl at the front desk was super bad, but the pure internet celebrity restaurant was bad for outsiders and not delicious at all.

The air conditioner in the room suddenly stopped heating in the middle of the night... I called in the middle of the night and said that I had no choice but to hang up the phone... When I brought my children out and it was the coldest time, I had to turn on the heater to welcome guests in the hotel, so I turned on the central anti-air conditioning heater. It was closed, and the soundproofing of the room was not good. I will not stay here again next time (the boss is not good, but the attitude of the waiters below is okay)
